The hospitality was great,
The hotel staff was courteous and pleasant and responded to all our requests,
Breakfast was good but there was room for improvement
The price is equal to the level of hospitality and service level, I will definitely recommend.

Excellent staff and service, great location with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
The rooms were very clean and well maintained.
Taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 25 euro.
We would recommend this hotel. Hope to stay there again.

We recently stayed at Royal Ramblas Hotel,
Positives: Great location, modern entrance, good breakfast and really friendly staff.
Negatives: Room wasnât really clean, rooms are outdated compared to entrance, Rooms arenât sound proof.
We enjoyed our time though!

I booked a 4 nights for my wife in July 17 for December of the same year. When I booked, they took one nights stay out of my card. When my wife arrived, they took the entire 4 nights stay. Mistakes happen, so I called to get refunded one night.
After trying for a week to catch a manager, I eventually called in the time he was there. He said that they changed systems and would check and get back to me. After two calls in the same day, I havent heard back from him for two weeks. Each time I call, he is not there.
