This is a place with the greatest hospitality that you will ever get. I am so amazed with the friendliness. The reception area is very well maintained; its clean and not far from the reception is a very nice open cozy bar and very comfortable siting place. The staff attend to you every now and then. The food: this is one area which the hotel needs to attend to. You can eat the food but is not the quality that you would except from such a hotel. The breakfast: well its the same everyday i.e., sausage, eggs, bread with spreads, coffee/tea and water/powder juice, that's it. If you stayed like me for two weeks at the hotel, then you will feel it. The rooms: well if you get the kind of middle centered rooms on each floor, then there is no window but the size is so spacious and with AC. The toilet is big enough and clean. If I had to recommend to the Management, please, change the towels!! They have turned from white color to very light brown; they are not to the standard of the hotel. The internet connection works better at the reception area; inside your room it does not work.

Nice hotel with friendly staff but Internet never worked and the technician was making it seem as if I was the cost.
The place will be nice for a weekend getaway where noone can find u wanna relax but not business because the wifi will never work.
I left very early the next day so can't comment on food and other things.
I'll go back there next time to experience and taste food so I can review. Till then.... bye for now.

I was picked up at the Airport and had a great conversation with the driver. At check in i was given fresh juice as i signed filled my forms. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, although there wasn't much of a view, it was nice. Everything was pretty clean, although age showed a bit in some places. The front desk clerk, porter, bar and kitchen staff were all amazing and helped me out with numerous requests. The Location is a bit far, but if you're taking taxis it doesn't matter much. For the more adventurous and well traveled there are easy access points to get into town quickly and cheaply.

This hotel generally is ok. But it is not only over priced but the internet service was non existent. I was far away from home but couldn't communicate with family or achieve any work related tasks. it was horrible. the access key never worked so i had to go down to the reception every time i left my room(to complain about the internet). worse off i found someone's wig in the wardrobe. i hated my stay here. i was so stressed out through out the time I was here. NEVER AGAIN!

This hotel is in a relatively new residential area of Accra, with the advantage of being fairly close to the airport and offering airport pickups. Premises are ok but not well maintained in detail. Food very average. Staff generally friendly but not always able to solve simple issues. Not an impossible venue, but not good value for money by international standards.
