Hotel, staff and resort lovely.The biggest let down is the food..Regency resteraunt nothing as advertised in brochure..Food cold everytime we ate.even though first down for breakfast and evening meals, repetitive and last nights food included for breakfast.Very disappointing as long awaited holiday after flu bug at Christmas.TUI really need to up their game as classed as a platinum resort and upping prices by a £1000 for same time next year..Think they will out price themselves..Been to a 3 *hotel Lanzarote and food far superior..I lived on salad. Will be officially complaining once home..Shame..

This is a lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Our apartment was clean and spacious with fabulous views over Los Gigantes. We had a huge terrace with sunbeds. A real sun trap. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The service in the restaurant was also first rate.

Wow. Really lovely place. After a dreadful experience in a hotel which we Checked out after one night from. We arrived at this hotel asking at reception if they had any availability. Couldn't have been greeted nicer, fluent English warm and friendly. Was shown the apartment before we booked. The apartment was extremely clean and looked brand new. Kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine dishwasher washing machine microwave full size cooker and hob. Every thing you need for self catering. T.v. had lots of UK channels. Balcony very big two sun chairs and table and chairs. Had our own underground car parking space. Beautiful views of the sea and cliffs. Really can't find anything to fault this hotel about. Not far from supermarkets about 2 mins in car.

Lovely view from the huge balcony. Nice and friendly staff. The rooms/appartments is big. The area is nice and quiet. We have been here twice and will come back for sure... the sunset is stunning. Great stay.

We've now been 5 or 6 times. Perhaps the best point is the size of the patio and the views over the village out to sea. It's a good 20 mins. walk down to the village but for us that's all a part of the holiday.The food is good and we mix it with local restaurants like the Pergola in Puerto Santiago. Well equiped etc., if you want to pick a fault, the kitchen cupboards are a bit dated but it doesn't bother us and every year the management improves the place and so I'm sure that it's on their agenda. Health permiting we'll be back for 3 weeks next year.
