Everything was perfect, starting with the location and the frendly staff and ending with the most beautiful and unique style. Sure I will choose Grand Hotel Yerevan when next time visit to Armenia and hope to stay for a longer period. Thanks to everyone for making my stay fantastic!:)

everything regarding the hotel is excellent except the terrible behavior of the lady in reception in arrival time ,i really upset with this unexceptable attitude of her and i think she does not know how to discuss and satisfy the new arrival guest ,i booked hotel through agency ,there was no option regarding the room view (street versus balcony),she give us the worst room in hotel and when i asked her to change one of our room,she mad us so much and she tried to tell us that we are not telling her the truth ,i respect manager of hotel to avoid her to do such a behavior with any guest again

First trip to Armenia and pleasantly surprised. Hotel had great rooms and friendly and professional staff. Bar area was good. Restaurant breakfast was a bit of a let down though as food was not hot.
Great artwork throughout. Few minutes walk away from the main square but other sites closer still.
Would recommend.

I stayed 2 days at Grand Hotel and really liked it. Location is right in the center of town. The layout is quite sensational with open corridors on each floor overlooking the central lobby. The room was fine and very clean with all mod cons. Staff very helpful, nothing much to complain about. Not that cheap but still very recommended.

Great Hotel with wonderful and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a great area of the City close to restaurants, and downtown. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. The price was right. I highly recommend it for business and family travelers.
