Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The food was good and so was the service. We stayed here for one night right before new year's eve. Somewhat close (about an hour) to Kanyakumari, so we went there too.

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. The rooms were comfortable too with enough space and with facilities that kept us relaxed. Went to the Gym but the treadmill wasn't working. The buffet spread for breakfast remains the same most of the days with 1-2 items changing. The staff takes time to refill the buffet items because of which we have to keep waiting for food to arrive. The kitchen staff can be a bit faster. The hotel has a good parking facility and as mentioned the staff is really helpful and friendly

I had been to this hotel during its first week and found the same excellent. Over the years I find that some sheen is lost. However it's worth a visit at Tirunelveli. Close to railway station and bus stand very courteous staff at front office restaurant and house keeping. The breakfast was a la carte but what we ask was there. Only hitch is that there is no elevator direct from Car park in-1.

Only decent hotel .....in Tirunelveli .....it was a short stay but must sey...staff was good ....co-operative .....they provided the snacks and Tea at 2.30 am as i have doing late checkin all the way traveling from trivendrum airport ....
Room was clean.... morning breakfast was fresh .....still can feel the softness of idli......
Restaurant staff....was very courteous

Rooms are not clean and people are not so professional lot of noise entering inside of the room, not worth for money charging 3500rs, no coffee maker inside no mini bar, split AC's are used and making lot of noise.
