The stay at Sagar Sawali for two nights along with family & friends was very nice. The resort is opposite to very clean Karde Beach. The beach is not much crowded.The hotel served with very nice seafood. The rooms were clean. The room service was good. Value for money

Stayed here for three nights in December and must say had a very refreshing change from the daily life in Mumbai.This sea facing hotel has large comfortable rooms well maintained with a large balcony facing the sea where I enjoyed sitting in the evening watching the sunset.Breakfast is complimentary and quite adequate. What I truly enjoyed were the typical Maharashtrian dishes for lunch and dinner, the cooking was really good.
During weekdays it is quiet and peaceful during weekends it gets a little noisy as it seems to be very popular with families with children.
The service staff is very efficient and friendly.
Surely this must me one of the best hotels in Karde and I would like to stay here once again.

i and my husband visited to this hotel in Xmas time. Anyway all the hotels are crowded due to long vacation.
We read good reviews and choose the hotel for spending time in Karde beach.
Our observation
Rooms: Tariff is too high and not compatible to the other hotels in the same line. Rooms are quite spacious , clean and big with attached spacious balcony. i rated 3.5/5
Location: Please note location is almost end of Karde beach and the hotel located in little corner. therefore sea view is not much clear from the balcony. there are many hotels in the same line which is just opposite to the sea with cheaper rate.
Food: not much tasty. Fish preparations are all same and there is no difference in tastes. Very important, foods are too costly which is not at all worth and compare to the other hotels in the same range. The hotel does not allow food inside the room, therefore every time you have to go to downstairs in dining to have your lunch ,dinner and breakfast. Breakfast is free and quite good in tastes. Water you have to buy daily, which i think is not worth as compare to the room tariff.
2 fish fries , 1 rice and 1 fish curry costs 1100 rupees.
Service: Very ground level staffs are quite good. But the person who sits in reception is not at all customer friendly. I should share one of my experience. We started from pune at morning 6:30 and reached in the hotel at 12:30 p.m. By the time we reached the front desk was quite irritated on us because we have not ordered our lunch early before reaching the hotel. This is soo funny to us.How they are expecting their guests to order lunch before check in? Even that person was least bothered to welcome the guests.
I should say this is the problem in that hotel. if the hotel is crowded with guests they forget to maintain the minimum hospitality. Very poor. Even the day when we were leaving the hotel we requested the front desk to send one helper for luggage , but they have not sent and not even bothered to ask for the help. Rated 1/5
I personally will never choose this hotel anymore . Because i believe 1st experience is the last experience & will not recommend anybody to choose this hotel to stay in Karde beach. in the same line you will gate good hotels like Sea face beach resort( just infront of sea with very tasty foods with reasonable room rent) ; Kinara hotel (Again a very good hotel).

The hotel located at karde beach. Rooms are maintained very clean. Room facing to sea.
Food is outstanding.. Sea food lovers this hotel is provided too testy. staff are also cooperative. The open space to this hotel is very much to sea facing.

Have been to this place in monsoon with family. We were a group of 4 families with kids and elderly people. The hotel is right in front of the Karde Beach in Dapoli. The Hotel rooms are spacious with big balconies facing the sea front. These balconies are perfect place to sit and chill out watching the seascape in front. The hotel people are very co-operative and courteous. Food was very good and tasty.
Overall a very good experience.
