Just stayed at Hampton Inn during the second week of January, 2018 before a long and early flight abroad. The hotel is not so new, but very cozy, well-decorated and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle came on time at 5 AM (and only one brief stop before the Indianapolis airport). Very good for travelers who need to get ready prior to a long and early flight.

Checked in late, travelling. 4th floor and down hall. Walked into room, cold. Put heat on, and took a bit to get warm. Curtains did not cover window, lots of light. Front door let more light in. Night light in bath room was like day light! Yikes. Staff was forgetting to smile.Breakfast had fruit salad that I would not eat past first taste. Coffe was warm.....

We normally stay at Hampton Inn, Plainfield, just slightly west of this, but that one was limited by renovations. Once inside, you could be anywhere.
Issues are
1. Very limited restaurant option - just one small restaurant across parking lot at Hilton Garden Inn.
2. Airport noise was noticeable, though not objectionable. I'm surprised we could hear anything at all since it seemed pretty far away.
Staff was quite good. It's impressive how well Hilton/Hampton hires and trains. Elevator got stuck for about 5'. Annoying, but not end of the world. Stil, without asking for anything, they compensated by picking up dinner bill for us.I was impressed.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to the airport. Shuttle service is adjacent to hotel and was easy and convenient. Front desk staff, housekeepers etc were all helpful. Nice pool and spa to relax. No restaurant on-site but several local options

Due to weather concerns and making my meeting on time, I booked an airport hotel prior to heading in town for my meeting the following day. After an airport delay i finally made it to the Hampton Inn after 11pm. The front desk associate was waiting for me, quick, pleasant and very helpful. Upon check-out, she also offered me a coupon for Lyft which proved to be very useful during my stay!
