It is an 1BHK Appartment rather than hotel. So if in a group, it's the best one. The location is good as the Chakratirtha beach is at walking distance, Main beach is 5 minutes by rickshaw. For Jagannath temple auto can be hired. You can cook your own food in the attached kitchen. It has a good living room with spacious dining area and sofa with tea table, where entire group can take food. So if want to have "Mahaprasad" (Rice, Dal, Curries and many more delicacies of Jagannath temple), you may bring and eat at your own room. Over all good place, but not quite satisfactory restaurant.

If you are thinking this is a beach hotel then you are so innocent.. This is a hotel far from the beach. It has no main gate. The reception is in a corner. You have to cross so many alleys to reach your room. No sea views.. No travel desk... And price exorbitant... Breakfast is like a dhaba.. Puri sabzi idly and toast... No fruit or fruit juice
Only saving grace is overlooking balcony to a tiny swimming pool...
All the tourist busses are parked in front of the hotel..
If you like messy crowds then go for it

Manager of hotel is very helpful and warm person, small property has good restaurant. Rooms are big and spacious, you have kitchen option in room and lobby area. Pool need little maintenance. Since I am vegetarian, the best option in food is biryani and curd, quantity is good and 2 people can easily eat. Does not have good north Indian food, although staff tried to get best for us. Good property who want to keep expense in budget.

Hotel is quite good will all modern amenities but there was water leakage in the bathroom. Need some maintenance other wise all good.
Food was delicious in the restaurant will combination of North Indian and Orrian foods.

I stayed here for 3 days with my wife and 4 years old son . Spacious room. Beautiful swimming pool. Food is good. Furniture are old.Room service satisfactory. Bathroom needs renovation. Location is good but distance from Beach. Recommend for stay.
