The room was very clean with a neatly kept bathroom, and the view of the beach from the room was unbelievable. Another attraction was the breakfast buffet style, very tasty and an authentic Kerala style food. The swimming pool was good and very child-friendly, my kids loved it as much as they loved the beach.
We had an item that we kept back at the hotel and the staff kept the item for more than a week for us to come and collect it, which shows good customer satisfaction.
I would highly recommend taking the breakfast option if you ever choose to stay at this place.

This was the last hotel on a small group tour and while the location was fantastic there were a few foibles with our stay. The breakfast area was overcrowded, hot and pretty average overall. the rooms were spacious but the bathroom was very average, water overly hot (so be careful), air conditioning good when it worked and could be modified. Being a short downhill stare and slope walk from the beach the location is very good. We also had some service issues with late check outs and extra nights being challenged as the day wore on.

There seem to be more managers than employees (servants as they are called by the managers) and while the accommodation may be reasonably priced, there are better options available. The restaurant is overcrowded and the employees are outnumbered by the managers who are unresponsive at best. We ate elsewhere despite breakfast being included in our package. This is not a relaxing place to stay, its noisy, its a labyrinthine walk down 5 stories of stairs to get to the beach access (which by the way is the pick of the local beaches) and the bar is a cavern!

Great experience. This was the end of our stay in Kearla so was lovely to relax here .
Food was excellent .location excellent . great sea view and the staff were excellent.
The manager was so helpful from booking flights for us and helping us any way he could .
would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends .

We had an amazing experience here. Location is great. The beach view was the best thing we experienced. Air conditioned well furnished rooms. Food was delicious. They serve all kind of food. Kerala's thali was superb. We are thankful to the staff for their cooperative behavior.
