Absolutely loved this resort. Beautifully clean, even to where the very cheerful, helpful cleaners leave little cards in hidden corners to tell you they cleaned there. Staff wonderful. Bar staff so friendly and helpful. Pools beautiful, sparkling clean, lovely and warm to walk into in july. Staff are strict around pools which some guests don't like, no throwing balls in pools, no jumping in. We were very happy with this as people jumping in all over the show can be a real pain when having a nice leisurely swim. Air con great. Lovely big veranda with table and chairs. I had written to manager with some requests and she managed to grant all my requests. We will definitely go back to this brilliant resort. Spoke to other guests around pools and lots of them go year after year. Can't praise it enough.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it is always pleasant as the location is good the facilities are good, with a heated indoor pool for the winter months, and it is good value for money.
This visit we were given an upgraded apartment which was close to perfect.
A true home from home.
The staff were helpful and polite. We had no real issues at all.
The hotel is still a noisy hotel, especially in the first few months of the year when renovations take place but the work is clearly listed on the hotel website and this year the noise was less than in previous years.
Please read my previous reviews for this hotel, as it is hit and miss what type of accommodation you will be given and they vary from excellent to OK.

great place very clean good maid service , beautiful clean apartments. great food and service highly recommend this complex. with easy walking distance to the beach. lots of bars and restaurants close.

Really enjoyable family holiday for christmas break.
Hotel is very nice and great for familys Would travel again.
Kids loved it and so did husband.
Great food and drinks. Christam dinner was amazing staff are brilliant.

On arrival, it turned out that I had made a mistake with my booking, but the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful. In the end, I spent 5 days in an excellent 2 bed apartment.Impressive kitchen, the only item I would add is a chopping board. I find it odd that in this day and age a charge is made for wifi, and wonder how long they can persist with this. Disappointing that the pools aren't heated. However, overall I was very pleased and will return next year for my mistaken reservation.
