The hosts, Rajiv and his wife are a friendly couple. Rajiv provided several recommendations which made my stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was included with my stay. They also offer an extensive menu for those needing a snack, lunch, or dinner. The room was a decent size. Noise wasn't too bad at night. Rajiv had mentioned there maybe some monkeys wandering up on the roof at night.
The hot water heater needed to be turned on before taking a shower. The bathroom is all in one room. It was basic and simple. The Wifi was included which worked great in the room. Overall, the place was clean.
As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the neighbourhood. There's a security guard on the premise in the evening.
Enjoyed the place

On a family trip and found this property through booking.com. It was very pleasant, clean, Wifi, hot/cold water (although we got confused on how to heat up the water). The owner/manger was very nice and helpful with travel tips. A nice small breakfast was included with room price. In the morning we saw monkeys around the property, so that was a nice surprise. The property is close to the Taj Mahal, but it does not seem walking distance close. We hired a private driver for our family road trip. I would recommend this place - clean, quiet, nice staff.
Best home stay in India with amazing cooking

This was or favourite home stay in India. The rooms were clean and cool with the air con and we were offered food and beer on arrival after being welcomed into their home. We didn't feel out of place and we helped with what to do the next day as we only had one full day in Agra. The food was amazing, veggie and the bread with the garlic onion and coriander was incredible. The lonely Tamanna [i think was her name] cooked this for us and it's still one of the best meals that we have had in India to date purely because of how fresh and authentic it was. They organised a Tuk Tuk driver for us which was only 600 rupees to go everywhere in Agra and we really did have a great day. The driver was honest and even when it came to places he got commission he told us before so there was no misconception. He was again such a lovely man and we had a fab time in Agra even after hearing it was not as great as many other places in India. Thanks again for your hospitality and best of luck for everything.
Superb

A great quality for the value deal in Agra. Nice rooms, good sleep, fast wifi, eggs and french toast for breakfast. The bathroom is ok, hot shower is ready within 10-15 minutes after you turn the boiler on. The location is good, a few minutes by car from Taj Mahal. But whats more important, what really made it here unforgettable - that's Rajiv, the owner. Rajiv is very nice and open-minded person, doing this business not just for money but to welcome the guests of Agra with high standard hospitality and affordable rates. I wish we had more time to talk but even the time we had we truly enjoyed sharing ideas on travelling and human interactions (the Sai name is not here by occasion :).
