We had a stay of around fifty persons group in Sai-Inn. It was great Experience to stay in Sai-Inn Resort. Hospitality was too good. We enjoyed greenery a lot. Its worth to get relax over there. We also enjoyed pool side diner.

It's a fairly green property located 3 kms from Kihim beach. The outdoor experience is amazing with hammock gardens and pool as major attractions. They have a small outdoor dining hall also.
The food was a major downside. The breakfast buffet was poor in both taste and variety. The service is also not upto mark. The rooms were ok. They were clean with basic furniture in place. We had a refrigerator which was out of order. The AC remote was missing.
I think they mainly cater to large groups/ conferences. They had a large conference room.

Had a work retreat for large group recently. Glad we selected the right venue. Didn't expect to be treated so well.
The property is huge and beautiful. They have facilities to cater to every person be it indoor games or outdoor recreation or just nature lovers. Children also will have a great time here.
The conference facilities also were great and the accommodation was spacious.
More than anything, I'm impressed with the service. Everything was well organised and extremely prompt. Any requirements were immediately met with. Special mention to their 24/7 on-call manager Sandeep who ensured we have a memorable time as a large contingent.
Must visit for the above and of course the delicious cuisine which was lovingly prepared.

Hi,
A brief review
Pros:-
1) good spacious rooms, nice comfy bed, bathroom is spacious and has bath-tub.
2) Ac is ok, cooling is adequate.
3) Pool is big and clean.
4) staff is friendly
Cons :-
1) food is not good.
2) no adequate indoor games, its crowded all the time.
3) no good places to go around, kihim beach is worst.
4) tv doesn't have connection
5) hammock are tied in wrong place
6) approach road is bad.
7) at first look, the resort looked like lodge.
