I had booking for the family room. When i checked in with my family the girl at reception seems very nice and Polite. I asked to vie the room before check in. I have been shown the room which was good apart from the noisy room. Then the check-in process started. We have been asked the IDs which has been given to the hotel. They have photocopied all the IDs and wanted to keep in the record. Which might be for security reasons. Then they started to photocopy again my ID which was foreign Passport. I questioned and they responded they have to send the photocopy to CID for investigation. I was ok to do that but i asked the proof of postage to CID and copy of return stamped page from CID. where they refuse to do that. I felt bit weird. i have been asked to leave all the IDs at reception and they will send in the room later on where i refused to do that. The guy behind me sitting on the couch claiming as the owner of the hotel started interpreting the conversation by saying we are not gong to provide you the proofs either you wanted to stay or not? we refused to stay in the hotel and demanded for refund which have been paid. I will not strongly recommend this hotel as it seems like fraudster while they were gonna use my id for something else.

The hotel's usp is its location. Other than that everything else needs a lot of improvement. Rooms are damp and lacks lustre and price quoted for this is awfully high. Good is ok but costly and one needs to check for insects. Room service has a laid back attitude. Cannot recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is good option for people planning to visit the Goregaon exhibition centre as it is only few kilometers away and hardly takes 15 minutes. The property is a value for money. When you are on a business trip timing is of great importance and this is a very good opiton.

I had to stay in this property when I was in a trip to Mumbai to attend OTM and had not made an hotel booking,my cab driver in mid night drove me to this property and as I wanted a room immidately , so I checked in this property , later when I was in comfort of room i thought of checking out the reviews of hotel... and found that most of the reviews were not in favour of the property supported by pics by customers... thanks god my experience was batter than that, may b the property is renovated , so i feel room given to me (301) was batter than what I found from review's , so with in the terrif offered to me I will say it is a good property, and if I have to general rate it an average property.
Hope management will improve.

I stay in this hotel whenever I visit mumbai for only one reason , it is a cheap option and its location is good.Else the property is old ,the rooms are not renovated for long , or maybe any newly renovated rooms are rented on higher prices.The food is overpriced and not good and i preferred to eat outside.Better to avoid.
