Sai Priya Beach Resort is extremely good for family outing. Lunch greens outfield, Cottage type of rooms are there. Food quality is also very good in Another Fine day restaurant... Visited 8th and 9th february 2018. I am very happy for their services. Staff behaviours are also very polite. The only thing Sai priya beach resort has to change is their Swiming Pool. Overall faboulous experience staying here....

We visited this property after an interval of one year and were in for some pleasant surprises.
We stayed in the same rooms(308&309) sea facing, which were nicely and tastefully renovated.
There is slight improvement in the upkeep of swimming pool but still there is a lot scope for improvements.
The staff members are very well behaved and co operative especially Mr Rajeswara Reddy, Mr Prakash.
We were also fortunate to meet Mr Prasad, MD of Sai Priya Beach Resorts and had very informal and cordial chat with him. We found Mr Prasad a very simple and humble person.
Being non smokers we had problems since the other guests around us were chain smokers. We wish that guests should not be allowed to smoke in the rooms and nearby.
The break fast and other food items were very good.

Sai Pryia continues to develop. They have maintained and improved their standards in spite of the expansion. The owner walks around the hotel every morning making sure things are up to snuff. The value of the hotel lies in its access to the beach and nice gardens. One of my earlier issues was the waste on the beach (not Sai Pryia's fault) but I was happy to see that the municipality is actually taking care of the issue this year. There are ducks that trot around the gardens - please leave them alone. They also like to hoot early in the morning.
The staff is friendly and caring. I know some of the employees for over 10 years. They are very respectful of seniors.
Ultimately, the location, environs, and the people coupled with value make this the only place I would stay in Vizag.
Looking forward in my next visit to Vizag and Sai Pryia.

Location - good ; near to beach: 15km from railway station. Service up to the mark; food is very very good; rooms are also good ; garden area is very large and beautifully maintain. But needs improvement -they should give bathroom slipper and stool. And there should kids play area .

Very good theme resort, especially thanks to Mr. Durgarao Kanumuri . under him only this resort got good reviews. all staff and services also very nice.food also very good. every body can enjoy in this resort
