It is a nice and conveniently located hotel. Nice rooms, resonably priced. Overall good experience. The only problem was the woman at the reception desk, Veena, that think she is in the hostility business instead of hospitality. Her very unpleasant behaviour sent us out the door, looking for an alternative hotel. We came back when we didn't find a better option, but she was unpleasant all the way through. Luckily the next day we didn't have to deal with her again but with someone else that was very nice indeed.
So we finf it unfair to rate an hotel based on one staff member, but reception is the face of the hotel and what we as tourists have to deal with. Still we give the hotel 3 stars because it was very satisfactory, after very bad first impression.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sairam Residency. Hotel rooms are cozy but all rooms are cleaned and decorative. Mr. Muthalib was very pleasant and went out of the way to be helpful. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. We enjoy the trip.

booked this hotel based on the review. Neat and clean hotel but room is small.Hotel managers were cordial. Nice complementary break fast. Little away from majestic but walkable . Take the help of google map. Road siders try to twist you. Only the disadvantage is the distance and locality. otherwise the hotel is worth to stay for a day.

It's a normal hotel. Location wise good. City centre, bus stops, railway station, metro station all nearby. A little-bit inside the main road. Might be difficult to locate at night. The room is very small. Good for just 2 persons to stay. Cleanliness is good. Washroom is average but clean. Service is normal. Good for solo business travelers. The complimentary breakfast had Idly, Vada, Masala Dosa & Upma. Staff was friendly.

I found this place on the web travel portals and decided to give it a shot-especially for its location and pricing. well at first I was jittery when I had to wade through the narrow lanes of Gandhinagar, Seshadripuram in Bangalore to find this place. But I was not disappointed once in entered and Checked in . So here it is
1.Location - In the heart of the city. A bit inside from the main road , but that gives this place its peace away from the busy road.
2.Staff & service - Courteous and friendly staff.My requests were serviced with politeness and promptness that any guest expects. In room service is there as hotel doesnt have an in-house dining place.
3.Hygiene - Clean and hygienic. A well maintained place. I did not expect something too much and was happy with their overall maintenance.
4.Rooms - Room was comfortable. Had fully functional TV and AC. neat and tidy with basic amenities. Hot water was available in the bathroom which was also quite tidy.
5.Food - food is serviced from nearby eateries. Is above average on quality and taste. I had to be very specific about my order to avoid getting a wrong dish.
Overall - A good place to stay on a budget, on solo business trips of short duration. Do not expect much at the price and you wont be disappointed.
