On arrival we were rejected and told we had to stay at the next door dirty smaller hotel owned by the same owner. It is called SunCity hotel. Very dissatisfied with our stay but after 24 hours of travel we just put up with it.

Another good option near Chennai Central Railway station is Samudra Residency. Car parking space is available outside hotel entrance. Rooms are better and equipped with AC, LED TV and Lift facility also available. Good maintenance and overall hygiene. Best for Business Travelers or small family on vacation on Economy budget range.

Bets suited for single business travelers or tourists on tight budget. Opt for only AC rooms as Chennai is Hot climate. Rooms are not big, very compact. Use it just for freshen up and keep luggage, complete your Business work or tourist sight seeing and for a quick sleep. Don't have high expectations.

Located 300m from Central Station in a small lane, rooms are not spacious, but compact enough to offer guests a place to freshen up and get moving with their Business Trip or family function. They dont have any common area for recreation. Opt only for Ac rooms and try to bargain for room tariff when you walk-in. Dont have high expectation from the hotel or rooms.

Rooms are compact and not spacious.. but, very near to Chennai central station.. room tariff are reasonable.. don't have high hop of room service.. its just like a glorified lodge.. lift facility is available.. prefer only ac rooms.
