This is a decent hotel with the expected needed amenities.
Location: it is not centrally located, so if your purpose is strictly sightseeing, there are probably better options. We chose this hotel because we attended a conference at a nearby NOVA university (15 minutes walk on foot). The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Praca de Espanha metro station, and so generally it doesn't take that long to get to the city center (or the airport), but still be prepared to change lines and do some maneuvering. Also be aware that the 5 minutes from the metro to the hotel you will have to walk uphill - which is not very comfortable if you're arriving with suitcases. Without them, it's not a problem.
Our room was very clean, and well air-conditioned (you really need it at the end of August in Lisbon). We didn't have an iron or a teapot, but I was told you can always request them at the reception (unfortunately we did request them one evening, but were told that the request was made "too late in the day" and the people responsible for it went home, so if you are interested in this, ask early). Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but decent tasty choices. We stayed in the hotel for a week, and the breakfast never changed, so variety wasn't their strong suit, however really can't complain, as there were enough choices to keep you from getting too bored and sick with it.
Overall, it's a clean nice hotel with good-size rooms. Nothing to write home about, but also nothing to cause complaint. General satisfactory experience.
One last advice - DON'T be tempted to eat at the hotel's restaurant. There are some okay restaurants in the neighborhood, or just make a point to grab a bite and enjoy fantastic food in the city. The hotel's restaurant is atrocious, and I have tried many restaurants in many hotels in my life. The service is hideous - when we came down, there were only five other people eating there, but we still had to wait over 15 minutes to receive the menu. The waiters were extremely nonattentive, brought us dishes we didn't order, and we had to wait for over half an hour for what we did order. We were brought white wine although we ordered red, and a fruit platter we never requested in the middle of the main course (it wasn't a complimentary dish, it was taken away immediately when we said we didn't order it). The fish course I ordered was extremely dry, the soup ordered by my partner had no taste. All this time the main waiter was going around the restaurant back and forth, from the room to the kitchen and back, glaring at everybody, pretending the restaurant was very busy and he was managing everything. Well, he didn't manage anything, and the constant banging of the kitchen door ruined the rest of the quiet evening we were trying to have. The other five people that were there with us all complained as well, and a waiter came and apologized, without actually anything improving afterwards. In short - the rooms are fine, the restaurant - avoid at all cost.

Confortable Spacious Room, Top Cleanliness, Great great staff, great Christmas' Eve!
They even had a complimentary Port Wine and fruit in the room!
Did not like the view (facing other buidings)
Was expecting more from the Christmas' Eve meal but I liked it nevertheless
Breaksfats was great.
Was not expecting Hotel Bathrobes and Slippers in a 4 Star Hotel! Wow! Sana is always the best

It's at the city center with a subway station near by and at a walking distance from the main square Marques do Pombal.
The staff at the front desk is quite nice and helpful.
The hotel decor is nice and modern.
Rooms are confortable with good sleep quality. Bathrooms are of good quality for a 4 star hotel but ,no body lotion!
Breakfast is nice and staff polite.It's included in the rate.
Good bar with nice drinks and nice staff.
Defenetely a good choice in Lisbon.
Price quite reasonable and worth it.

The hotelmis nice, well located, a decent breakfast, the wifi is slow sometimes, it has a parking spot. It was strange that the dinner is only served starting 19h30, if you wnat to have a dinner before you have to go to the bar!!

Nice hotel. Nice bar with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Good wine selections. Rooms were clean and comfortable, good size rooms. Front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were arriving from the US and wanted to attend a Fado show. I researched on-line and found the perfect place we wanted to go, but they did not take on-line reservations, I emailed the hotel about a week prior to our arrival and they made the reservation for me and replied the next day via email. They immediately recognized my name upon arrival and confirmed the reservation. Close to the Metro station. Breakfast was average. Overall, a good hotel experience.
