been here at 2017 easter vacation.
pros:
- check in process is so easy. bring my e-voucher and show it to a full of smile reception team
- the location is very good! (just few step away from downtown)
- swimming pool. (lil bit dirty). whirlpool also there.
- welcome drink
- wood crafted ceiling at lobby (i like it very much)
- AirCon is great!
- extra pillow on cupboard available
- extra humble senior hotel team.
- lift until 7th floor (ol timer lift and working great)
- few steps away
- hot and cold water on the shower and tub 24hrs.
cons:
- smell as an ol time hotel
- dark room alley
- wooden floor i guest. (as we step, TV is also rocking)
- not a sound proof room, (we can hear other guest chat when passing our room)
- small parking lot
smelly, a bit. but, when we stay at hotel, we just sleep and eat. not stay too long. no problem.

I stayed at this hotel just for a night, got me a place to sleep to continue my trip in the morning. The hotel is very quite on saturday night, even it is located in the middle of a busy road. Hotel surroundings are business areas and public transport is easy to get.
The hotel is very old, with old AC and TV. Limited tv channel and unfortunately I got no view at all from my room.
It is equipped with bath tub however I would not use it as I saw pile of hairs clogging at the tub outlet. Water leaking from the toilet and flooding at the toilet floor.
I believe this is an old heritage hotel with large rooms but limited budget for repair or rehab. I would not recommend this kind of room for families, and the price is cheap because you would not get a 4 star convenience here.

I think it is not 4 stars hotel

I stayed here for 4 nights during eid holiday, the best things about the hotel are: the location is in the middle of the city and the room, it is quite big and have a comfortable bed and bath room,
but the not so good experiences in this hotel are : the breakfast is so terrible, the room service is so bad- we have to call them several times (which they pick up the phone so long) to get the slipper, new towel and to buy food from the restaurant.
imho, the hotel should upgrade its quantity due to the price is over pricy for the kind of service they give, or the should reprice the price so it could be suitable for the service.

Horrible hotel, even don `t know where to start .... Hotel very old on all floors and rooms stinks, breakfast disgusting no choice. Night rats run around the pool. The Internet would not be better to do than this. Staff does not understand English.
