The hotel is excellent, cleanliness is there all over hotel, food is tasty, staff members are very friendly especially Nabeena & Shini from reception. Good in talking every one enjoyed there way of talking. Veryly persons both of them. We take photos with them every one enjoyed a lot at this hotel in thekkady. Sandra palace rocks....... Keep up the good work will send more people for sure.

Located in market area kumily junction. Good food as the hotel is in market area u can opt for local restaurants for variety, spacious and clean rooms with good and polite staff. Overall i will give 2.5/5

I was Stayed in this hotel on new year eve. Staffs are very polite.spacious room with balcony . hotel ambience is good.food in the restaurant is good and delicious.one of the memorable stay in my life

Don't judge this hotel by just looking at the pictures. This hotel is located in a congested area and the worst part is its staff. I booked a room and went out for few hours when I came back I saw lizards just above the bed. I asked the hotel to change my room however, they refused because they said they were fully booked. I had to checkout at 10 PM and had to roam around the streets to find a new hotel. I was with my wife and hotel staff didn't even offer help with luggage when I was checking out. terrible staff and pathetic services. Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. My suggestion to all travelers, don't ever book this hotel.

I have travelled along with my friends for a trip to Thekkady and we booked this hotel our stay at hotel was fantastic experience. I must say the food they served was super fine tasty still its refreshing my taste buds. rooms that we received was very much specious and the balcony attached to that room enabled us for our night gang smoke with no disturbance for inmates in room. cleanliness was utmost. staff was so friendly and caring from reservation till good bye great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
