Are you serious mom? You're going to sleep in a hotel in Brussels? Sometimes PR ladies do indeed strange things. But OMG what a night! I slept like a baby in the bed (I even looked which brand it was, I WANT IT at home too) and the sheets were really soft (not the kind of hard stuff you get in general in hotels). In general I do not like to eat in a hotel, but the duck the chef served was just perfect!!! Will most certainly go back with friends:):)):)

My girlfriend and I visited this hotel during Christmas time and enjoyed it very much! We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly staff. The room was very tidy and spacious with beautiful furniture.
The hotel has no classic reception desk which gives the visitors a special kind of experience. The nearby private underground parking lot is very easy to acces and takes away the difficulty of finding a good place to park your car.
The hotel offers a great and tasty breakfast with lots of choices. The duty manager Damien knew exactly what to offer and do to make everyone feel at home! Thank you!

My wife and I loved every minute of our stay at the new Pillows Hotel. Location is good as it is only a short walk from the Grand Place. The interior design is just lovely and you are welcomed and taken care of in the best possible way. We both had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were truly excellent. The downstairs domestic kitchen is a real eye-catcher too. We loved our room as it was spacious and had a lovely feel about it. This hotel has everything to be a 'home away from home'. We'll be back!

We stayed here for one night for the New Years Eve package which included dinner and breakfast. We could not speak highly enough of the service and experience. We were greeted with a welcome drink. The room was large and quiet, the bed sooo comfortable. The hotel knew it was my birthday and had left a bottle of cava and some sweet treats in our room - these little touches made it exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and multilingual (English, French, German, Dutch). The dinner was extraordinary - course after course of delicacies and matched wines - We've never eaten such fantastic scallops. We had requested in advance a change to the set menu to accommodate our dietary preferences and this was catered for without a problem. Breakfast the next morning was also great - more than enough lovely food. A short 10 min walk to Grand Place for sightseeing. Considering the service and the package provided this was very good value for money. Highly recommend for anyone planning a visit to Brussels for work or pleasure.

We arrived there with warm welcoming and itâs possible to have a big table for six for dinner with my friends.
The hotel is chic but we still feel at our ease to enjoy the time during our stay. A must try hotel!
