I stayed here 1 night. The hotel is big and there is a nice lobby (deceptively nice and luxurious compared to the rooms) with very friendly staff and security.
The hotel room are fairly old and worn, but the room is spacious, with Sky cable TV, powerful A/C, mini fridge, and good blackout curtains. The bed was pretty good. My room faced the traffic-heavy Cabahug Street, but I had no problems sleeping in spite of the noise - probably because the fairly loud A/C leveled out the street noise. Since it is an "old-fashioned" hotel, there are carpets everywhere, which makes the hotel overall nice and quiet inside.
The breakfast was terrible for the 340 Pesos it cost, not worth it.
The bathroom is very big, with a shower cabin and a tub, although the shower cabin was a bit dirty and old. The showerhead could use an upgrade; and the water was VERY hot - be careful! At least you can get a hot shower here if you want.
The location of the hotel is good, but not perfect. There is about 10-15 minutes walk to the Ayala mall, 15-20 mins to I.T. Park, and you can get jeepney's to SM City nearby. The street the hotel is on is busy 24/7, so getting a taxi can be a bit of a challenge, and it's faster to walk most of the time. It is a handy location if you want to be on the right side of the city for getting to the airport quickly.
If the price had been about 500-1000 Pesos cheaper, I wouldn't have complained, but there are better hotels for the price in the area.

Took a shower, had hot water running several minutes before it got up to 7th floor! Also noticed water smelled! Need purification system I think!
Turned on TV, Over half the channels were unavailable! Then delete them from the menu!
Also why do you have check in clerk then other counter a cashier??? Unnecessary!! Staff was friendly, and basics were good! Please clean up the water system!!!

Whenever in cebu on business trip I always stay in this hotel..been doing this since 2002...very warm hotel staff..close to big malls (ayala and SM)..they have added rooms in the new wing to accommodate growing hotel guests...

I was given a corner room with terrible set-up and amenities. Curtains have visible dust, no power outlets, except the extension wire, minibar on the floor, no lightings, I was next to the smoking area by the balcony, etc...
Check in & check out process were like back in 1950âs style. You need to proceed to the reception and you will be directed to the cashier to pay. Like what??? They need to enhance the experience of their guests otherwise they will be too behind of trends.

Booked 2 rooms here with my boyfriend's family. Check in and check out process a bit slow given that we checked in around 2am and we checked out at 11pm. The room however is good given the price we got. We did not book the room with breakfast, but when we avail it directly there, it's not pricey, so it's still okay. Taxis are also accessible, so no worries if you don't have airport shuttle.
