First of all it is not a RESORT. It's a stupid old building which is named Sea bird resort where you will find only DRUNKARDS in the night. The rooms will be full of cockroaches and bed will be of dust and hair.
The Catholic owner is so Rude and indecent who doesn't even know how to talk & respect his clients. May be bcz he doesn't want decent people to come there and wants only Drunkards. And be careful when you reach there in the night. You may find the Rude owner fully Drunk.
Once we booked the room and paid the advance amount, they took us to the room and in a minute we decided to leave the place as it was too unhygienic. When I requested the owner to return the advance amount he started Abusing very badly. How can anyone expect this from a owner?
Finally I will request that please don't go there when you are with the family.

I visited this hotel (Its not a resort) on 10th September 2016. This is a old property which was taken over by new management in august only. Room size is big. I visited here with friends. Although this has good greenery and very spacious but overall ambiance is very pathetic. Room service and food is not up to mark.
Recommended if you are looking for budget stay. Good for bachelors.

Although the property itself is very peaceful and full of greenery, it is located closer to the town and far, far away from the beaches (~5 km.). So one must have their own ride to be able to drive around. They don't serve food without prior notice, at least a couple of hours, so no kitchen available really. No complimentary breakfast. The AC wouldn't work at times, there was also water shortages in the toilet at times. But the fish fries they serve in the evening goes really well with the drinks.

It was a bike trip to Gokarna. Stayed for a night. It is okay to choose this if you are looking for a budget stay with few friends. Basic amenities are available, you can order snacks. Wont recommend to spend time at the property. Beach is couple of kms away, good if you are having a vehicle of your own, hit the beach.

The place is dirty and unmanaged, upon entering you will get a feel like entering in a dirty bhoot bungalow. Room was ok type, bed sheets were stained and dirty. Bathroom was full of cockroaches . No towels or soaps provided. No room service even water given. Even Dharmasalas at our places are better than this. Seeing the kitchen we decided to eat outside. But I heard other people complaining of no food menu and etc. The place is far from any sea beach. If you want to ruin to mood and your holidays. this is the perfect place! Guess what we stayed and checked out, they didn't asked for our IDs and we didn't signed anywhere. One more thing, Gokarna and all near by beaches are dirty and nothing special. My advise please visit Malpe Beach and St. Mary's island at Manipal
