My school took us to this resort for a trip. It was nothing like expected. The images shown on google hide the true terrors of this horrifying place.
First of all, and the main concern are the rooms. We got to stay in the villas, and all villas but one were HORRIBLE. They all had some problem. My villa (205) in particular was the worst one. In the 2 bathrooms there were huge cockroaches, slugs, and spiders crawling all over the place. The patio door could not close, and a numerous amount of insects were constantly entering the villa. There were beds laid down in the living room, and no one could sleep because of the bugs crawling all around. The beds had weird red stains on them, and there was moss all over the walls. In the wardrobe there was fungus growing (yuck).
The place had no wifi at all, and there was no network. There was no way that I could contact my parents. During the campfire, the fire fell over and nearly hit the other students. It was very dangerous.
The activities were plain stupid. The zip-line was around 10 feet off the ground, and the two poles were just around 10 feet apart.
The items here were very dirty. In the villas there were two dirty glass cups, and no water! What's the point of the cups?! The plates which we ate from were okay. My friend was drinking watermelon juice(which was overly sweet) and at the bottom of her cup there was a huge, red, ant!
I've complained enough about this place, so let me mention a few positives. The food here was okay, not great, but not bad. The views from the hill side were AMAZING. The nature walk was also pretty cool. The greenery was pretty good, and the lake which we trekked down too, was beautiful.
Overall, I highly do not recommend this place. There are many other amazing resorts higher up the hill (which we visited). It is not worth the time visiting this place. Please, do not go, it isn't safe, nor hygienic.

With my family we all went vacation for 5 days Coorg & Wayand. Last day we stay in SEAGOT RESORT. Rooms are not good/ smell / no changes bed sheet. Unsafe to live. Restaurant no service guys. No activities. As per website review all are fails. Money waste for me. Please don't give advance or booking without review hotels. We all not go to room until 10pm. Rooms like devil. Children's afraid to go room. I have pay Rs.10000 for 1 villa (Including Dinner & Breakfast). Easy preparation & ready mate food only there are providing. Total waste of money & mood out for us.

Had wonderful experience at seagot banasura, one of the best located resort I would say since it is located on the banks of banasura dam. The villa consist of 3 bed rooms with attached bathrooms the rooms are spacious and moderately prized.

I was part of a group of team members stayed at seagot for a team building. The staffs were helpful and friendly. It is a wonderful location for adventure sports and tented accommodation. The resort has got camp site with imported tents. The location of the resort is on the banks of banasura dam. The food is prepared based on guest request and served promptly and tasty.

Gentleman Vijay is such a sweet person who would do anything to get his money no matter if the guests are starving, they are such sweet people who actually told they wouldn't give milk to a starving child also!!! They spoke in such good language that no guest would want to stay there even for a second!! BAD HOSPITALITY!! Do not go through TripTree. Lot of gimicks and pre-plans done. Promised one and last moment things are changed. Spoiled our New Year's eve and New Year day. Ended up paying a bomb for nothing. Not Recommended at all.
