The rooms have enough space with a conducive working environment. The cleanness is marvellous. Also, the Hotel is located in the place where you have a nice view (Oceanview). It has a large swimming pool.

Welll organised hotel with the outmost best environment and sorroundings.
Swimming pool was always neat and clean.
All staffs seniors and juniors really good, charming and co operative.
Housekeeping and maintenance services perfect.
Rooms are very comfortable for stay and well equiped with all kind of services available.

I picked this hotel based on other peoples review. I was very happy with my accommodation. From the driver who picked me up at the airport- he was there on time, which I appreciated. All the staff were very polite. The waitresses at the restaurant were very nice. Not too many choices for breakfast but it was sufficient. The rooms were clean and the air condition was working very good (very important for me since I come from one of the coldest cities in the world- Chicago). The bed sheets are torn (I think someone else reviewed about this) they don't fit on the mattress. I'm happy that a safe was available in the rooms. We stayed here for 11 days and we had no issues whatsoever. If I ever come back to Dar, I will be staying here again.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained, as well as all other facilities. The staff were very kind at all times, relational and hands on when help was needed, including the manager himself. As part of the team hosting the conference, Seascape made me feel as though we were hosting the 5-day meeting in a venue of our own because we could find anything we needed, and have meeting hall arrangements, meal times and everything else adjusted to fit our schedule and needs.

Seascape hotel made our conference logistics so easy.The General Manager,Operations Manager,Front Manager,Reception Team and Restaurant Team served us so well.Swift and warm responses to anything that we needed before,during and even after the conference.Well done,Seascape.
