I stayed in this property for a couple of nights. The ambience was enriching and spacious. We enjoyed the food here, breakfast and dinner being complementary. The complementary Wi-Fi service was satisfactory too.

I recently stayed at this hotel on a short business trip. The hotel staff is friendly, specifically the restaurant staff. Hotel has good amenities like swimming pool, gym, effective wifi etc.
However, the response to calls made from the room is below par and you need to call atleast 2 to 3 times for the same job to be done.

This hotel is in a good position near Baner road and 15 minutes from the Pune-Mumbai highway, there are many shops, restaurants, and a mall at walking distance. Anyway rooms need a major refurbishment to replace old A/C systems and stained sofas. Breakfast is good even if it's more Indian than continental, I loved the fresh papaya. I will stay again.

Avoid this hotel. Hospitality is not just about coloured concrete. It's about the staff who manage the place. This hotel's front office staff make you feel as if they are obliging you by allowing you to stay at this hotel. Example, Mr Akash . He has not been trained on how to speak to guests. He messes up his calculations and blames the guests. He is outright rude. Similarly the staff loitering in floor lobby. Refused to help when the key doesn't open the room door. These are just some of the examples. I wanted to extend my stay but after going thru this experience I checked out very next day. Pune has many better options. Avoid this place at all times.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very good with included breakfast. Rooms very good, clean and totally suits my needs. Definitely would stay again!!
A couple of main issues -
1. Shower hot water - some days was cold and other days took ages to get hot water - pressure was inconsistent.
2. Room Service need to understand english better - very frustrating trying to order anything as no one understands.
Apart from that - keep up the good work!!
