The hotel is situated at a prime location. The rooms are neat and clean.They are spacious and have round the clock hot water supply. The food served in restaurant is as delicious as it can be. Service provided by staff was quick and great.

I just came back from kashmir yesterday and i took a package.Srinagar was my first location and i stayed in this hotel.the staff is helpfu land talks respectfully.our room had a led and room service was also pretty good.Hot water came 24x7 and the bed was clean and soft.the food served was just good not excellent.there was a garden outside and all greenery around.there was a room heater too but it was not required in summer.elevator was also there as the hotel had many floors.wifi worked only some times and the speed was too low.the parking had a space for ust 5 to 6 cars.there was no balcony.the bathroom was clean and the water was available whole day and night.room service was fast.extra bedding was also soft.one thing i do not like it that the food was not good at all.if you asked for cheese sandwiches in breakfast the took 20 min. for bringing that and that also was not good.Idlis were not soft and sambhar was not spicy.if you are a north indian then nothing will be spicy for you.at the end i'll say that the hotel had everything excellent but the food was not good at all.

Stayed there for 4 days in April 2016. 12-13 KM from airport in Rajbagh area. Looks like any other budget hotel. Once you enter the lane you don`t feel like you are in hotel. It feels more of like an extended bungalow. Rooms lack basic facilities. I did not had food menu, phone book, tea bags, coffee bags. Room was not clean and there was moisture on walls with pain falling in sides. Wooden tiles was not smooth. Toilets were average. wifi sucked for big time. Could not use or get good speed in any of days. No good food options around except hotel one which is expensive as well as not so great. Far from most of city`s top spots like Dal lake or gardens. Should have preferred one near by dal area.

I just came back from a dream trip to Kashmir for 8 days and stayed at this property. We were a group of 8 adults and had occupied four rooms in the first floor.
With its strategic location just around 3 KMS away from the city center makes it like more of a home stay in a extremely decent locality with easy at hand vehicles for moving onto any part of the city or sightseeing. The staff are extremely cooperative and the manager MR Iqbal would always be there whenever probably perhaps you feel the need.
The most important part is the restaurant which provides you support 24 hours with its coffe shop and authentic Kashmiri cuisine. Rooms are extremely spacious and the decor is indeed an added attraction.
Value for money.

Good location for a quieter stay. Away from main area but not too far. Staff is well behaved and punctual. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. Fruit juice is generally not fresh. Rooms are specious. Toilets are well maintained. Overall good hospitality and value for money.
