We paid and booked a room for 3 people. For the 3rd person they gave us a mattress, pillow and a bed sheet. When asked for blanket towel and soap for the 3rd they denied. When we tried to reason that we paid for the 3rd person they rudely replied that they cannot provide and asked us to talk to goibibo instead. As we tried to argue that we paid they changed from hindi to vernacular medium to abuse us most likely, thought we did not understand anything. After all the argument we realized that there is no point talking, so we paid extra money for the blanket and stuff. I found them to be very unprofessional and ill mannered. And to top it all hotel is not at all great, rooms are like bathrooms will tiles all around, bathrooms are unhygienic. Oh! Forgot to mention, there is parking space for hardly 3 cars so you have to park your car roadsides. My opinion why spoil your mood by arguing with the unprofessional bunch of people who call themselves managers when you are going for a vacations to enjoy. Book some other hotel instead. There are plenty of options in kanyakumari. I guarantee this many of the reviewers must have had similar experience.

This place was booked for us by somebody and we had absolutely no idea what what we were getting into. It looked unimpressive from the outside and it only got worst once we entered the room. Dark gloomy corridors, dirty unwashed curtains, dirty bathroom and an untrained unpleasant staff. List is long...
We cut short our stay here and left the next morning itself.

The hotel is located on the state highway and near to sea. It has no complimentary drinking water. Room was average in amenities. Bathroom was having local fittings. As we were lucky to get sea facing room but the balcony was dirty. Hotel does not provide breakfast.

Not worth u pay and they charge even for blanket that u need. AC doesn't work properly. No view from the rooms at all. Staff not competent, low maintenance and high prices makes this hotel worst ever I stayed. Unfortunately it was non refundable and paid in advance otherwise I would have cancelled my booking. Not worthy friends. There r lot of better hotels there. I did mistake booking here.

- RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF WHO GOES BY THE NAME HARISH!!! The others were okay!
- Swarm of flies greet visitors!!!
- Construction material stacked on the staircase.
- The toilet and bathroom is horrid; so much so, my bowels protested and I ended up constipated!!!
- Intercom is filthy!
- There is no water supply to the shower!!!
- Hot water for bathing is provided only from 6 am to 9 am.
- Limited English channels; that too not clear.
- This hotel is away from the market area, is isolated, and there are just a couple of general provision stores and restaurants in the vicinity.
- The attached restaurant too is infested with flies.
- Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
- No Wi-Fi.
I cut short my three days stay to just a day; considering I had to make reservations at another hotel!
