My wife and I has an unforgettable stay at the Mercure Manado, mainly due to the merits of the staff in place. Whenever it relates to the welcome services, or the staff in charge of the kitchen, or the cleaning services of the rooms, or the wonderful swimming pool, we have been delighted, not only by the dynamism of the young staff and their obsession to please the guests, but also by the spontaneity and the warmth of the friendship, which was not feigned, and exceeds all what we experiences during more than 60 years travelling around the world. Congratulation to the hotel management, who is very probably at the base of this success, having been capable to motivate a team so dedicated. Our room was perfect, the restauration healthy and delicious. The is no doubt that we plan to be back with the near future !

The room was clean, View from this room was very nice with view garden and pool.
But, when I want to call Room service, the telephone in room doesn't work, so I have to call from out.
Overall, this place is suitable for family holiday.
I feel comfortable stay here, because... All staffs were friendly.

Very much enjoyed at the time of my stay. Very comfortable environment. Friendly employees. Room rates according room type. Comfortable living room and bathroom. cozy restaurant with a very beautiful view.

Hotel is nice if you travel with families. The room is spacious, hotel staffs are friendly. But the rooms is a bit old, towels that the hotel provided were all old with greyish colour, The sink has little leaking problems in our room as well.

This is my second time staying in Mercure with my big family. The hotel is located just in front of the ocean with beautiful garden and swimming pool. The lobby is big with some cozy sofa and hanging chair. The room is also nice and clean. Just need to repaint to look more nicer. The food is also good. Thank you and hope to come back again.
