Nice hotel with Spanish architectural, beautiful and well maintained gardens, Staff is very helpful. Location is the best due to access to Metrocenter, and all the amenities along the Carretera a Masaya. Easy access from and to the airport. I am coming back

Nice affordable rooms but the air conditioner in mine was loud. The showers were nice. The location is nice as well. There is as nice grocery store across the street. I would recommend it for a vacation or for business.

Let's just start with Managua. It serves one purpose. As a jumping off point for the real places to visit in Nicaragua like San Juan del Sur, Leon and Granada. Our one night in Managua was more then enough. And staying at this property only added to the disappointment.
The poor location, dated rooms, poor power grid and a generally unfavorable experience. The front desk staff didn't even have a city map. The staff at the nearby Hilton were much more helpful. However, because Managua has an unmarked spaghetti bowl street layout, the map was useless.
Back to Seminole, while the entry area may look moderately appealing, the room we had looked like a communist area shared housing establishment. The in-room safe was left locked and we needed staff help. The power went out within a few minutes of our arrival. The bed was a cinder block. We were excited to check-out.
We won't be returning to Managua, let alone the Seminole.

Not a bad hotel or bad location just overpriced for what you get watch out for the electric door that'll close right on you if you're not careful take the cabs which are pretty cheap but don't walk around at night the area is dangerous

The hotel was located in central Managua. Easy access to local shopping centers, restaurants, and bars nearby. The room we stayed in unfortunately had a broken air conditioner that made a loud noise throughout the whole night and leaked water getting some of my shoes on that side of the room wet. The absolute worst part was coming back into the room and finding three cockroaches crawling around! One was in the bathroom and two in the main bedroom. I called housekeeping to notify them of the incident and all the hotel did was send someone into our room with a spray to kill the one they found. There was no discount offered for either inconvenience. If it wasn't for the cockroaches in the hotel, I would have gone back but that's not the case.
