I actually stayed at this hotel twice during this trip to Indonesia. My rooms were very nice and bed was comfortable. Although they're still under renovation, you can hardly hear any noises. The front desk staff were very nice, polite and thoughtful.. They made sure that the room was away from the area being renovated. They also provide fresh fruits daily. Conveniently located near restaurants and malls and it's only about half an hour to the airport. Definitely will stay here again..

Very tight security at the entrance, which makes the stay safe and secure.
Spacious room, clean, and comfortable. Full length windows made it look brighter. Complimentary mineral bottles, and free wifi. Big swimming pool but half of the pool is 2m deep. What's disappointing is they do not have breakfast menu by the pool. Was expecting to enjoy a ham & cheese sandwich or pancakes by the pool but they don't have.
There's a mall just about 5min away.
Different restaurants to choose from at the hotel itself, and a bakery shop at the lowest level.
Overall, enjoyed my stay.
Highly recommended.

Amazing time in Shangri La happened during my business trip. They gave warm welcome and greetings, good wifi connections, and oriental ambience. The things you can explore here is their restaurant. Jamoo and Shang Palace gave a good taste which will leave experience to you.

Rooms are clean and tidy, the bed was so comfortable I would fall asleep so quickly and don't want to get up lol, the breakfast staff was very nice and polite, breakfast was great! so many choices with fresh fruit drinks and hot coffee drinks, they provide a free transportation that takes you to Ciputra Mall, it's just a walking distance from the hotel if you prefer to walk there, so many shops and restaurants are near the hotel you can just walk or ride a taxi, thank you for the generosity and hospitality.
