I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is extremely central and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. I also found the service to be very friendly. The breakfast was good and the rooftop on the hotel is beautiful, although for some reason it is closed after breakfast, which to me seems like a shame as the rooftop is a beautiful amenity and it would have been a nice place to sit and relax. The only downside is that the rooms have tiny windows and being on a main street, the rooms are also very noisy and loud from the sounds of the people on the street below. Overall, however, I had a lovely stay and would chose to stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was pretty good except one thing - the noise. The hotel is surrounded by bars and nightclubs, and the music will keep you awake very late if you're a light sleeper. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful with anything I needed. Wifi worked great. Room was a bit small, but that's okay. I should have brought earplugs.

I would like to share my personal experience of our stay at the Sharden Villa. We were received by a courteous chauffeur and dropped off at the Hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was this extremely sweet receptionist called Sophie who was such a darling! It was my husbands birthday and I had previously requested for a welcome cake and wow- that cake was beyond my expectations and so perfectly done! To add to it, the hotel didn't even charge me for it. So appreciated. All of the attending staff was courteous and ever willing to help. Excellent management and hospitality. To add to it, it lies within the heart of Old City and is such a great location too. Sharden Villa- You made our stay in Georgia such a memorable one. Thank You!!

We travelled from Ireland for the football match in Tbilisi. As a bunch we travelled throughout Europe a fair bit, but we have never met such friendly hotel staff especially Natali, Sophie and Anna at the reception desk. The porter is great fun too, I apologise as I have forgotten his name.
The rooms were emaculate and you could see the hard work by the staff was evident.
I hope top management notices this message and rewards your staff as they made our trip.

I highly recommend this place it is near to most of the touristical monumen, and especially it is "safe" place to stay, most of the hotels and the apartments locationed in the alley.
Regarding staff and service, nice and kind staff they helped to have an early check in (i had a problem with other hotel not with their service or staff the problem was with the place it doesn't feel safe), i didn't face any problems with their services.
Special regards to Sophah the disk manager and to Nino the assistant front disk employee.
