This is my second review for Shaza as I did one 3 months ago
And as I have expected, Shaza still the best. and you can easily recognize their care about the human being touches and small details which make a big difference and reflect a high level of management who are taking care.
I consider Shaza my second home and I was very happy when I saw some well deserved promotion for some of good staff like Sameh ( the tall guy in Arabeaque resrauant)
And special thanks for Mugahid who did his best to comfort my meals in the restaurant and as I observed he is doing the same for all guests
Keep it up Shaza
And I wish my coming review for you to be for Shaza Mekkah, which hopefully will open very soon Enshaa Alah

Its on the 2nd row from the Haram. Good thing it has 2 entrances. The breakfast was exciting though really good. The room was very nice but you could see the renovation marks. The Cleaners were really kind!

I have stayed at many two star hotels as well - I must say that my experience in this hotel was below a two star level. The entire experience was terrible from reservation to checkout unfortunately! The room allocated was on "silk floor" as per the hotel staff which is supposed to be the best when it comes to standards - but the room was in poor condition including some of the following noted:
1. Broken Window nobs, Stained and Cracked window glass; since the window knob was broken, you could not open the window. We requested the air freshner several times as there was this stench in the room; it never came even though the reception kept telling us that it is on the way; in the end we gave up on that. The central coffee table had scratches all over and the glass top on the table had large oil/ghee stains; i guess it was never wiped clean after a previous guest had dinner on it. Bath room wall near the bathroom door from inside had blood stains....the bed sheets were old and it looked like they were used and never replaced. Elevators were confusing and u had to wait long before the elevator comes. We ordered dinner; the food was very low quality, and stale. Our entire experience was terrible, and we are not staying at this hotel again. I caution other guests as well to stay away or experience what we experienced! you could easily get a better accommodation in the same price at nearby hotels.

I love this hotel because its location which is very close to Nabawi Mosque. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They work very hard for customer's satisfaction. Special thanks to Phayyam, M. Dasif and M. Kaleem.
The room is very comfort. The food is perfect because they also provide Indonesian culinary.

Salam. Just checked in to this lovely Hotel few hours ago. Had a bit of a problem with the rooms we were allocated. However, it was very quickly and efficiently corrected by a wonderful member of the team called Hatem. I have never written a review on tripadvisor but feel Hatem deserves to be my first ever review. Hatem made us feel at ease and made our check in process simple and stress free. He is a credit to the Shaza al Madinah hotel and i would like to say Thank you to him from me and my Family
I hope the rest of the 6 nights is as pleasant which im sure it will be :)
