If you are ever on a business trip remember this hotel. Not far from the airport and close to many embassies. The stay was on the expensive side but the quality of the stay was worth it. However there were a few places that were dirty. For example, the pool had cigarette buds everywhere and some of the suit I stayed in had a dirty bathroom. Despite that all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Thereâs absolutely nothing negative to be said about this hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The service was impeccable. Anything I asked for was delivered within minutes. The gym is large and has advanced equipment. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely staying at the Sheraton again next time I visit Amman.

lovely hotel.. awesome breakfast! comfy room and bed. the was noise during the duration i was staying.. the room is spacious.. staff was so helpful! they assisted me for day trips in jordan.. Had a pleasant stay!

This is my second stay at the Sheraton in Amman and there are many things to like:
1. Quick check-in by very friendly front desk staff
2. Good sized rooms that are clean and comfortable
3. The gym is amazing. The best I have ever seen at a hotel.
4. The outdoor and indoor pools are super!
5. The bar is small and cozy with terrific staff but be warned, its thick with cigarette and cigar smoke (there is a nice cigar store right across the hall from the bar).
6. Excellent breakfast!
7. A couple of good restaurants on premise.
Only downside i can see is there isnt much that you can walk to at this location. But taxis are easy to grab.

Stayed there for 6 nights for business meetings. Fast check in was nice but room cleanliness was terrible. Definitely needs to improve a lot. Food was okay and enjoyable. location is great as well as the gym.
