I stay in Sheraton last month for a business visit, and hope that will get a good accommodation regarding the Sheraton's reputation. But the hotel was under construction without any notice to the guests. I felt disappointed for not having quality sleeps, poor menu, and some noise from the pool area. The built some metal construction there and we heard a lot of noise from the grinder during the night. I really didn't get it, why they have to do that at night, in a five stars hotel?

stay at this hotel for new year's holiday
thank you for the kind welcome to us and the family, we were so happy to be able to stay 2 nights at this nice hotel.
although this hotel includes the old hotel, the management has done very well with the repair and renovation of this hotel
some improvements still need to get more attention from management, such as the condition of the gym room, the pillow needs to get attention to be replaced in order for good sleep quality. for the mattress is quite comfortable. To furnish the rooms are still standard nothing special and there is still the smell of wet paint
this hotel has two side view, pool side view and garden view, i get room with garden view. The hotel also does not have elevators, no problem with me because the ladder structure does not make you tired as well as the kids also do not complain about it.
If you do not want to get tired up and Down stairs van choose a room on the 2nd floor
the breakfast selection is quite good, there are many choices of menu variations that you should try.

Two thumbs up for sheraton lampung for brought good experience to close my 2017. all foods were superb, they really knew how to serve the best party in town. Magnificent atmos came with delicious food and some drinks to booze your night.
they are very service people like i expected, very humble and sincere.

This hotel is an old-fashioned hotel with really old equipment such as its bathroom. The price is bit high though the room is big and clean. Actually this hotel has a nice view with green garden surrounding with coconut trees. But for me who stay in the room, this hotel doesn't make me comfortable. Its services were quite well. Its front office people were very friendly. This hotel should replace its old-fashioned equipment.

I was very pleased with the service of sheraton lampung's service..especially mr.Basori and the GM himself..in general i highly recommend this hotel to everyone who plan to visit lampung both business and pleasure
