A very good hotel with a very nice and modern decor. The staff is very nice. The bed was good and so were the linens. Rooms are spacious. Location is nice for someone not looking into being in the old town.

We enjoyed very much the stay at this property. Being for the first time in Porto, we were sure what to expect, but the hotel met our expectations. The location is very good, the main monuments of this beautiful city can be easily reached from the hotel. The receptionists were very professional and helpful and they gave us a map, directions and good tips about what to do in Porto.
Totally recommended.

Visited Porto for the first time in January, weather wasn't on our side but we had such good time !
From check-in the team has been so nice and looking after us ! They all took the time to explain us the features and give us good tips for our visits.
The Concierge, unfortunately I will misspell his name so don't want to risk it, was the best man I ever met ! In love with his job and passionate for guests.
Spa was really nice for a little break after a full day under the rain !

Coming from Sheraton Lisboa to Sheraton Porto, there seems to be similarities and maybe the same architect/designer. The hotel has many large tour groups staying here. Micaela at the front desk was very helpful, the gentleman at check in was not welcoming.
Prior to arrival, I emailed the hotel to inquire about a Platinum room upgrade and Sara Soares responded. I had booked a 5 night stay and stayed 3 nights in a nice renovated Club Floor room 1107 and upgraded for 2 nights in a beautiful corner 1 bedroom suite, so grand ! The corner 1 bedroom suite 528 was light and nice décor/furnishings. Large sofa, coffee maker, dual sinks In the bathroom, desk and a great room upgrade, highlight of the stay.
The Club Floor room 1107 was clean, modern with wood floors, rug, huge windows made for an airy and light room. Large bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower and toilet. Comfortable king bed, nice linens, dresser and small closet. The mini bar was emptied for my drink and snack storage. The free Platinum Wifi was good, nice desk area, 20 TV English movie channels (loved watching these), lots of outlets, hot pot in room.
The Club Lounge is spacious with outdoor deck and view. Open from 7-11 pm, breakfast 7-10:30 am and Happy Hour 6-8 pm. Snacks and drinks during the day and computers here. Nice assortment of happy hour hor dâoerves. I had the Platinum breakfast buffet in the lobby restaurant from 7-10:30 am. Nice assortment of hot foods, eggs, meat, tomato, mushrooms and cold selections of fruit, yogurt, bread, pastries, cheese, ham. They have a machine that squeezes fresh orange juice. Isabel, one of the cooks was nice enough to make me hard boiled eggs.
The indoor pool and lounge chairs was a nice treat for relaxing. The Spa is located here with steam room, jacuzzi and Fitness Center. The lounge chairs were heavenly and most of the time I had the place to myself.
The Uber ride from the train station was effortless and the hotel is outside of the town center. About a ½ block away is a Pingo Market and short walk is the Metro station. The bus can also take you to central Porto. I took Uber to the airport, very handy service. You can walk to the Casa da Musica from here. I love central Porto and the hotelâs distance wasnât an big issue.
My only complaint about the stay was the lack of enough Concierge on duty. I was waiting in line to ask one question, the one Concierge on duty was spending 20-30 minutes with each person and the queue was rather long. People were getting frustrated, as I was and walked away. Finally, I went to the front desk to see if they could answer my question about the buses.
Overall, I enjoyed the rooms, the standard room and the 1 bedroom suite (just fantastic). Public transport or Uber can get you to central Porto with no issue. Would recommend this hotel for stay in Porto.

I stayed here for 4 nights for a conference in the nearby Crowne Plaza. As a Gold member I expected to get an upgrade but not at this property. No reason was given (the hotel was certainly not full). I did not get information on the facilities of the hotel (gym,,...). The rooms are a good size, you get a decent desk and internet speed is very good. The restaurant was disappointing: 3-course lunch menu with only 1 option (2 options for main course) so no à la carte at all. Food tasted a bit bland. Breakfast was uninspired. I also had a meal at the Crowne Plaza next door which was much better (sorry Sheraton: must do better). The hotel is far from the city centre and there is no real view from the rooms (just buildings).
