Nice, clean property. Convenient to the WTC. Staff is very good, food is okay. Not as clean as I would have expected, but not nasty. Overall, a good experience. I wouldn't choose this if I wanted to visit Sao Paulo, but it's a good choice for WTC events.

Nice clean hotel, well located in centre of Sao Paolo and with Heliport on top of WTC you can get to the airport in 20 minutes any time of the day. Nice breakfast, shopping mall next to hotel, and a few eateries in vicinity. I recommend to request for high floor to have open view. Good, safe business hotel with Pool

during my trips to Sao Paulo I generally book Hilton (in the other side of the street) but this time I prefer to try another hotel and I picked up Sheraton. Was a nice surprise: excellent breakfast (and free instead Hilton), well located and clean. Good option.

I stayed st this hotel for 6 nights and hated every moment (there were no other options in the area so I could not leave).
Very old rooms, smelly carpets, 2 single! Beds (unheard of), toilet made horrible noises, hot water issues, very unhygienic, curtains that I am sure have never been cleaned, horrible and simple exercise room, unfriendly staff and I can go on.
I was on the Club floor (25) with all those issues! I wonder what itâs like on the others. For 2 nights there were parties in the club lounge, the first night until 5:00am and the second night till 03:15. I phoned down about 4 times each time, but the staff did nothing. Didnât even apologize.
Breakfast: unheard of and very basic for a club lounge, (good fruits though), the eggs were runny and I am sure full of salmonella. The 18:00 âhappy hourâ was a waste of time as the food was cold and super bad.
Hotel restaurant: terrible, and should be condemned. Terrible and very slow service (20 min to take our orders) and there were 2 other tables. They made a mistake with the first course; gave us the soup; then the first course. The main course was inedible (I ordered the meat, medium rare, it came well done); no one asked us if the meal was ok. When I left, I told the lady at the entrance, and she laughed at me. My colleague was in shock (and so was I).
As a platinum member at 3 different hotel chains, I have to say that this was by far, by far, one of the worst and disgusting hotels that I have stayed at.

Stayed here for business in Sao Paulo
The hotel is located away from Sao Paulo downtown.
Be prepared for traffic, and consider the timing to go to this properties.
Unless all of your appointment is within the area, then its quite far from anywhere in Sao Paulo. As far as I know, the most convenient way to travel is Uber/Taxi.
No public transportation nearby.
The hotel itself is a nice 5 stars hotel, the room is spacious, with all necessary amenities. The lounge is quite basic, however it provide everything for a short meeting, if u intend to have it there.
The staff could have been more nicer to the guest. I was greeted by a rude receptionist, and on my check out, same kind of attitude by the receptionist. All other staff is ok, just the receptionist.
A bit unlucky, my trip to airport takes more than 4hours due to long weekend traffic. Be prepared for traffic in Sao Paulo
