Beautiful location - right on the beach, and close to everything. Wonderful room. The service provided by the staff was above and beyond. Specifically, Eyal the concierge, and Eyal and Mazal on the Platinum Level.

Great stay, staff wonderful and helpful. From the
airport pick up service to the front desk and the waiters everyone was always kind and smiling.
Great view with balcony and sliding doors on the fourteenth floor. The breakfast is fantastic and the Club Lounge terrific. Situated directly in front of the beach, just cross the road and it seems to be in a Californian beach. You can rent paddleboards, surfboards and bicycles just outside the hotel. The promenade was full of joggers, cyclists and people doing workouts at all hours of they day.
I was traveling with colleagues for a business trip but had the time to relax a bit and the staff was able to organize a tour to see Jerusalem. Absolutely amazing.
Very happy with Sheraton and front desk assistant Tania

Sheraton Tell Aviv has to be by far our favorite place to stay in Israel.
It is located right at the beach. Just cross the road and you have this beautiful beach that would make you believe Baywatch was shot here.
The hotel is super comfortable and the service is just one of the best you can imagine. From the front desk to room service, everyone was always there with a smile and made sure our stay one of the best.
The perfect place to mix business with some sun on the beach.
Hotel Review + How to get from TLV to this Hotel best practice
AroundTheWorld8080 on 27/01/2018 21:26
The safest way to get from TLV Airport to this hotel is to take the official taxis. After you leave baggage claim, look for the small taxi kiosk with the people wearing the yellow reflector vests. They are the official taxi representatives. And they will give you a flyer that contains the approximate official rates. They will direct you to the official taxi stands outside of the terminal. It looks just like LaGuardia. A queue right outside the terminal airport with a long line of official looking cabs waiting. BE SURE to let the dispatcher and the taxi drive know if you want to pay with credit card BEFORE you jump in. Some cab drivers will not accept credit cards. And the ones that do accept credit cards will charge you a slight premium and process your card using an iphone app similar to Square. Be aware that there seems to be some negotiating that can happen. My dispatcher gave me an estimate around 140 shekels, and yet my cabbie wanted 160 to use a credit card. But since we arrived late at night on a Saturday ( when a lot of people don't work ), I decided to proceed. The drive is about 35 minutes to this hotel.
Upon entering the Sheraton, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk woman named Viva ( Or maybe it was Vive ). She wore glasses. Not only was she an exceptional front desk person who efficiently answered all of my many questions, she gave us a recommendation regarding a potential upgrade which turns out was a GREAT recommendation for us.
Since we arrived at this hotel around 7pm on a Saturday after a 10 hour flight from JFK, the last thing on our minds was to try to find an open restaurant nearby in the darkened streets while it was raining and thundering hard outside. Viva told us that for $60 per night extra, we could upgrade our room so that we would get the Sheraton Club Lounge access. What's nice about this Lounge is that it is open until midnight ( even on Saturdays ) and before 8pm, they serve a basic but nice assortment of salad, veggies, and 2 hot dishes with unlimited access to alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. It' similar in style to a middle rated airport lounge. At 8pm, the Lounge serves a very nice assortment of desserts, teas, coffee. So this was our dinner.
And what's great is that the next morning, this Upgrade included free access to their breakfast buffet that opens at 6:30am. This buffet was very very good. Almost at the InterContinental level of quality and variety. Note that the breakfast alone would cost you around $30 USD. So from our perspective, have 2 meals in the hotel justified the upgrade price.
Viva's front desk service with a smile was such a nice welcoming to Israel ( our first time ). She exemplified the Sheraton brand in every way... and when I asked where the elevators were located... she actually escorted us to them. Impressive. In fact, I don't ever recall a Sheraton front desk person escorting me to the elevators in the US.
The housekeeping staff were also very attentive. While we were in the lounge eating our "dinner", housekeeping came into our room and surprised us with a nice welcome snack in our room. Didn't turn down the beds... but no matter.
Our room on the 15th floor was very nice with hardwood floors and a modern bathroom which was quite large. The only complaint which would have made this review a 5 star review is that their shower/ tub combination is very modern but not practical.
It's a pet peeve of mine when I have to stand in a tub and try to shower with half of the tub area exposed so that the water splashes onto the floor. And there were no grab bars at chest level which makes showering a little dangerous --- especially with this half glass swinging door above the tub. Beware. And then you have to practically jump down from the tub to the bathroom floor when your finished. Luckily the towel bar near the sink can be used as a grab bar when DISMOUNTING from this tub that is quite high above the floor -- and I'm six feet tall. And if I were was senior citizen, this situation could be a bit precarious.
It was nice to have free bottles of water supplied to us without asking every day. Nice job there. 2 bathrobes and 2 pairs of free slippers which one would expect. 2 large closets. Plenty of space for luggage.
And our view facing the Radisson hotel with the beach on the left side was SPECTACULAR. Highly recommend that you stay on this side of the hotel. They actually allow you to go out on the balcony 15 stories up --- traditional old school. Fun and scary at the same time.
The room was obviously recently renovated which is nice. But the heat controls are a bit dated. You have 4 temperature settings and 3 fan settings. And the heat is spotty at times. Room lighting is very good. I can't stand the "modern" hotels that have poor lighting for "effect."
Extremely large outdoor pool. And the beautiful beach is your backyard. Perfect location.
