The woman of the hostel was very kind! She gave us so many tips and even lent out her shoes. The hostel is easy and lies in Chinatown. You should not expect much, but for this money it is totally worth it!

This place is OK if you're really travelling on a budget, especially since Singapore is generally very expensive. This hostel is also conveniently located a short walk away from Chinatown MRT station and from general downtown area. What I find unacceptable is the amount of mold in the small shared washroom (How much can it cost to replace a 10 yr old shower curtain covered in dark mold spots? Or just clean the washroom and pick up the old soaps left by previous guests from time to time?) and small fleece blankets not even large enough to cover my entire body (and I'm no giant). I'd also love to see someone grab a broom and pick up the long black hairs lying around on the floor...

I travelled with my friends, about 8 people for taking wedding photo. The owner let us stay in a family room, gived us a map and showed us how to use MRT. The room is very clean. One boy who tidy up every day is receptionist. He is very nice people, helped us many time in spite of the fact that I always disturb him. So sorry and thank you very much.
Have free drink, Wifi, water heater, 2 air condition in one room. Really like this hostel. I will come back.

I just needed a place to stay overnight in Singapore and found this hostel available in the cheapest price I can found so I grab it immediately. It's located in Chinatown which is great because of the many nearby hawker stations. However, it took me a while to locate their exact location. When I arrived, the owner was outside chit-chatting with another guest. He welcomed me nicely and got me in to their conversation right away. He showed me everything and help me settled. Unlike other hostels, you will need to have your own lock for your locker, which I didn't expect. But the owner assures me that the place is safe because of the many cameras. To be honest, the rooms are small and tight and aircon is in full blast. There's only one toilet and shower room. Not that much amenities. It simply a place for you to sleep. So if you're on a tight budget, this hostel is decent enough but not really suggesting it as there are better budget hostels in Singapore. Hope this review helps.

Stayed here on our last night in Singapore. The hostel is located on the busiest parts of Chinatown, near the Chinese Temple. The rooms are very average and a bit tight, but for its price, you really couldn't expect much. There's no free breakfast, but that really isn't a problem as there are a lot of affordable restaurants and hawkers within the vicinity. we spoke with the owner and found him to be very friendly too.
