A large, busy hotel with a variety of rooms in a number of different towers. My twin room in the Main Tower was a good size, comfortable and clean but had a musty smell. I used the humidifier in the room which improved the air quality. Staff were professional.
As others have noted, its proximity to Shinagawa Station makes this hotel worth staying in.
Note â if you are a non-smoker, make sure you ask for a non-smoking room at the time of your booking.

Near railway station.. easy access..many interactive place near hotel .. lobby too crowded. Far from city, must took taxi ,bus or railway. Many tower and you must change lift or escalators. The room fantastic.buy token to subscribe tv channel.

I had been there for 3 nights.
The rom is twin and large.
It was very comfortable for me to spend relax time and to work very well.
Clerks were very kind and polite,
Amenity goods are good,
Room is such above and very clean.
Furthermore it is very convenient to go everywhere.
There is just in front of Shinagawa station.
Good!

Hotel is on the good location about 500m from Shinagawa train station. The size of the room on my occasion was larger than in average Tokyo hotels. The hotel room was very clean, with typical Japanese toilet seat ;-)
It was a little bit strange that they have two different restaurants for breakfast, one with menu near reception and one with typical self-service, but this one was on the remote location in the ground floor. Drinks in the bar were a little bit pricey, specially non-Japan drinks. Otherwise, hotel was pretty crowdy as there was different business and other events.

The main reason why we choose this hotel because of:
1. Accessible by airport limousine bus
2. Across Shinagawa Station
3. The price is affordable compare to the strategic location
Most of the staff speaks english and very welcome to us. The breakfast are great. For sure we will be back for any trip to Tokyo
