The breakfast was good.
The receptionist and staff were ok . .The room was clean but the wall's is very very thin and you can hear the voice of the people on other rooms
The air conditioner was awful.

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend and regretted the choice.
The hotel is far from everything. Reaching the city centre take 20 minutes by taxi circa (there is a metro station nearby the hotel but we didn't try it). The hotel is located just in front of a main highway access with the relevant traffic noise going on almost 24/7. If you are a light sleeper you won't be able to rest properly.
The room we got was dirty, with stains on the wall and on the moquette, with old and over used armchairs too bad looking to be used. Our double bed was covered with the sheet of a single bed and had to "fight" at night for it. the TV offers only Fashion TV as English channel. Not that we were planning to do a TV marathon but while showering/getting ready we wouldn't mind listening to something.
The bathroom was just ok, some toiletries were provided (shower gel and soap) and we found it suitably clean.
Breakfast was basic: bread (sometimes tasting not fresh), cookies (old), some veggies, eggs and one kind of sausages and salami, rice and wheat. After the second day we went out for breakfast.
The staff wasn't particularly friendly but some of them were helpful.
WiFi on the other hand was good and working well.
I haven't stayed in other similar hotels in Tbilisi, so I cannot compare. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel stay but this was far from any basic standard we seek in an accommodation.

Best accommodation i give it 5 stars compared to other 3 stars hotels i stayed in so far. Very welcoming and helpful people. Rooms are nice and very well arranged. Food is very nice. And service is great. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit Tbilisi.

The hotel is far from city. The worst part is the breakfast. They do not provide the basic breafast like corn flakes, fruits , any baking items.The service is ok with standard amenities. Need improvement

Stayed for couple nights. Hotel is out of city center, walking distance metro station.
Hotel is clean, rooms size is ok and AC equiped.
Breakfest is similar for same class hotels in Tbilisi- omelette, some fresh vegetables, instant cofee, bread, sour creme etc.
Room service was ok.
You can stay here if price for this place is ok, and go to Tbilisi center by taxi or metro our go out of Tbilisi to Mtsketa or Stepansminda side.
