A great location right in the middle of the busy Shinjuku district and close access to the Shinjuku Metro and Train station for easy access to the rest of the city. Nice lobby, restaurants, bar but some of the rooms are at the stage of needing some updating and corridors are starting to show a bit of age. Small rooms (as you might expect in Tokyo) but some great views of the City. Not inexpensive but then little in Tokyo is. Not a 5 star hotel by any means but clean, comfortable and great location. I would use it again.

Very affordable, large (especially for Tokyo), comfortable rooms only minutes from Shinjuku station. This hotel was great value for money. We were able to get an adjoining twin and triple room for our three children with great views of the lights of Shinjuku.
Very clean - although bathrooms are a bit dated and feel a little like showering in a caravan. Would happily stay here again.

The Hotel is located very close to the shinjuku bar and restaurant district, it is also only a 5 min walk to the subway station. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities that you would require. Overall very pleasant stay.

Great location ! Nice service! Room space is great as well. You can get lots of choices for food, entertainment,and shopping. Cause there are so many 24hrs stores around,you wonât feel bored and starving at all. If they can improve the speed of wi-fi and serve some postcards at room, they will be perfect!

It's not very spacious but very clean and the location is perfect!!! It's right in the middle of Shinjuku city which means food and shopping is just on ur doorstep. It was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we will definitely come back here when we visit Tokyo next time.
