We stayed for only 2 nights, I wish it was 20!! We had some expectation of what the hotel looked like from pictures, but when we went there it far surpassed all our imaginations! This place is gorgeous, serene, spacious, and just so welcoming. The great outdoor architecture, the palatial lobby and the interior are mesmerizing. The set of most exquisite marble (embedded with jewels) statues of women playing music and one dancing are awe ok inspiring and very beautiful.
Being outside the huzzle off the city is welcome!
The jewel in the crown of course are the wonderful, caring, loving staff - all the way - no exceptions. Superb attention to everyone of our needs was well beyond expectation.
We had signed up for half board - I am so glad we did - breakfast and dinner were just super great - ambience, variety, and tastes. The chef would pull out all stops to make us very happy. The staff were so carefully attentive and courteous.
We made life friends at this place that we will cherish. When in Jaipur next time we will not think of any other place but Shiv Vilas.
They had highly talented musicians play at dinner each day - they were the highlite. Superb talent, great voice, and a cool simplicity made this pair of musicians extremely endearing. They played several songs of our past taking us back on a romantic trip to our younger days.
We came away sad to leave feeling like royalty! We have traveled all over the world over the last 40 years and there is nothing like this anywhere else in the world!

Excellent and over whelming visit!
I went there with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they upgraded us to suite as a gift.
Interiors of the resort are jaw dropping. Rooms are spacious with good facilities.
Staff is also good and gives you a warm welcome.
A must visit if youâre traveling to Jaipur. And special thanks to MR. Joydip for arranging everything for us. He is a disciplined and experienced staff manager.

Very beautiful place with awesome arrangement and setting. The food served was amazing with so much variety and all the staff especially management were very professional, polite and friendly.

My life worst experience in shiv villa jaipur hottel. Plz donât go there rude staff, bad food & very bad hotel all over........
I order for veg pasta they serve me non veg & after that also they donât admit there mistake.

I came with a group from Germany, all Guest is very happy during their stay at shiv vilas resort palace at Jaipur. Grate food excellent service amazing ambiance feel like a king and heavenly experience as per my Group friendly and helpful staff amazing architecture Grand welcome helpful and kindly General Manager Mr.Chako Mannen. Very good swimming pool like to come back again. I-am sure I will visit again
