Had stayed for 4 days and name has been changed to g9 hotels and resorts.coming to hospitality staff were responsive but service were slow.hotel is located on first floor and have limited parking though we did not face much issue there.hotel is located around commercial setups and autos are easily available .down side is breakfast was not included so could not provide feedback on that .you can order food in room but timings are limited

we have booked total 22 rooms on 26/11/17 for our guests for marriage before one month. we have reached at 12.00pm on 26/11 and then our horrifying struggle starts.
Shockingly two rooms don't have water supply and even after frequent reminder to hotel admin staff it was not repaired on that day and finally we have accomodate our guests to another room. Really surprised that either that two rooms are not in use for long time due to non availability of customer or hotel staff are careless.
No hot water supply in any rooms which is basic requirement of customer in winter. Finally they had to provide us hot water in plastic bucket . I don't know whether its Dharamshala or Hotel ??? Many rooms main door lock were not working . when we have approached for same, hotel staff told that you can bring your valuable with you but lock can't be repaired. Means anytime any person can access to your rooms due to non workability of locks. No privacy no security !!! Plugs in the rooms are not working as we have to search for active plug points to charge our mobiles. No ventilation in most of the rooms and bathrooms. very suffocated layout of rooms.. such disgusting. we are totally fed up by selecting this hotel as our situation was very embarrassing with our important Guest. I have not seen such third class hotel with very third class service and extremely poor hospitality towards customer. I request all Portal like Tripadvisor, Make my trip and Go Ibibo to give either minus rating or remove this hotel from your site. so that many customer can be saved from this horrible experience.

it was mariage season when i stayed in this hotel, i think within one week i have to change 4 hotels. but out of those 5 this was the best hotel. rooms are very clean and staff if cooperative. if you want to stay in middle of city then this is best place to stay.

Helpful staff clean rooms only thing was room was a bit small if you are coming for a business trip you can surely stay here.
Food quite good as expected. Easy early check in.
Main problem i faced was for car parking as its on main road its very difficult to find parking space.

Stayed in Executive Deluxe Room but size is small and just ok for single person but not comfortable for double occupancy. Ventilation / Windows are also not available in room and it's strange that Cold water is also not available in summers ( Fridge was also not worked ). Food quality and service of hotel is just average and not good. Overall it's average hotel for official / business visit.
