Pros:
a. Very nice staff
b. Convenient location, if you prefer to walk
c. Super friendly and helpful staff
d. Amazing food!
e. Very nice for couple and budget travellers.
f. Clean and hygienic place
g. Quite a handful of channels (Hindi/English/India local/Few global) if you want to spend time in the room
h. Peaceful and relaxing ambience
i. Heritage haveli converted to hotel with nice art and few antiquities
Cons:
a. Cab drivers refuse to enter the old city area due to congested lanes
b. Gotta walk about 1.5-2km to the nearest taxi rank. Can be bit exhausting specially after a long and tiring sight seeing day.

A group of six of us stayed in the hotel suite. This included a balcolny connecting our rooms that had an excellent view. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The arcetecture was beautiful and the location was within walking distance of many sights.

Location is in old city, one needs to cross many narrow lanes from main motorable road. The surrounding is a shabby old locality with open stinking gutters, cow dung filled lanes, the itself puts you off in the first place,
As a 250 years old Haveli, it has its own charm but not suitable for a family stay. The rooms do not have good view through windows. There was a door between my room and the adjoining room, and all the private conversation from that room was clearly audible.
Plus points:
1. very close to the City Palace
2. Well decorate interiors, dining hall, a nice open terrace
2. Mr Bharat, the manager was very courteous

I travelled to Udaipur and booked this hotel through oyo rooms.
The interior is like a renovated palace. You would like the aroma. They use rose and khus which is awesome.
However, the location has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Advantage - It is very close to Jagdish temple, City palace, Bagore ki haveli and Gangaur Ghat. You can walk to any of these places within 10 mins. Good food is available nearby. People fond of shopping would find it convenient to be there.
Disadvantage - It is not possible to drive your car upto the hotel as the street is very narrow. It is older part of the city and therefore has narrow streets and high traffic.
I stayed here for 2 days with my family. The split AC installed in my room was not working. I asked the staff to change my room and they did so.
Staff - Courteous and helpful. They guided us thoroughly.
Food - We took only breakfast here. It was good.
In a nutshell, the place is good as it is a heritage hotel and considering the price tag I would book this hotel again.

it's my first choice to stay in udaipur city. I saw there every feselity for my requirement. nice heritage hostel to live with enjoy.
I love to him , free Wi-Fi feselity, requirement according have every need.
