Had a terrible experience at this hotel: it is extremely overpriced, dirty, very hard uncomfortable bed. The hotel manager would not give me a receipt so theyâre not operating according to standards. They also gave me short notice that I had to check out (after the receipt issue was unresolved) even though I had confirmed the room for another night - I was basically kicked out for asking for a receipt!
Horrible experience - Please dont book.

Booked a room 201, but when went to check in that room was already booked, and given to some other couple for extra money the staff working there are very cheap which reflects their born and brought up.

I am cursing myself after booking this hotel. This hotel doesn't deserve to be called a hotel it's a just a lodge. I have been travelling across west Bengal and here I have paid the highest amount and have got the most pathetic room and services.

Budget hotel for overnight stay

We had a gap between our evening flight to Kolkata and the early morning flight to Assam. So we wanted a budget place near the airport.
Plus points: Free pick up and drop from the airport, On time, polite staff at reception, spacious clean bathroom, Good value for money. Wifi speed good
Negatives: No toiletries. They even forgot to give us towels. Got them the next morning despite reminder when we checked in.
The location isn't all that great. But the rooms are OK. Don't expect luxury. There is a small hotel with limited items on the menu just across the hotel. Don't miss the sweet shop adjacent to it. We had some great rossogullas.
No hospitality at all

The room service is pathetic and there is no hospitality at all.I asked for morning tea, it was told that the tea would be served in 30 min. It wasn't, I called again and enquired, they said it will take another 15 min. I called half an hour later and asked about the delay, the person acted as if he was not aware. The finally sent tea, which too was made 3/4 hours earlier. If a hotel cannot provide you basic tea, what else can you expect!
