Totally no maintenance, bathroom door not closing, flush out in the toilet wrapped with clothes to arrest water leaks, water drip all the taps, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very old and shabby sofa was placed on the cement slab in the room. Though our arrival was well intimated to the reception they are taking long time to confirm our reservation.... Showing they are too smart.... Night time even at 9.30pm there are not picking up the intercom phone.... Even after several times of request for drinking water they are not served.... Totally avoidable

The hospitality of the hotel is very bad.The are arguing ruthlessly with the occupant.They have no experience to handle the guests coming from distant places.They are requested to modify their negative attitudeand I hope this feedback will improve.

This is part of the twin complex of hotel abode..Venkateshwara lodge. We stayed in the Venkateshwara portion which is under renovation. The room keys mostly work once only... You need to get it reloaded again again. There were no buckets in the bathroom... No water for coffee maker. Tv is a real effort requiring for turning it on.

Had a comfy stay in the hotel which is in the heart of the city. Renovated rooms are very comfortable, decently modern. The hotel annexed to this lodge is also very good and serves tasty food. Strongly recommend.

The Hotel situated in the heart of Hyderabad exemplifies typical Indian culture of Athiti Devo Bhava. The rooms are tidy, neat and clean. The staff are courteous. The board arrangements are excellent and they have rooms for conference.
