Location:
The main reason we chose this hotel is its close proximity to bus stand and market since we didnt travel with private vehicle.
Rooms:
We stayed in classic room. The room and toilet was clean. The room was very big and had two queen size beds.
Food:
Both quantity and quality of food was good. Rates were reasonable and we did not find them expensive compared to other hotels in market. The spread in breakfast buffet menu was also good.
Other amenities:
1. Childrens play area is available.
2. Swimming pool is available (we didnt explore this)
3. Few other games, karaoke, etc are available in game room.
4. Car service for sightseeing was arranged.
Verdict:
Good hotel and should be preferred if
1. If you are travelling without private vehicle.
2. If you want a good hotel with clean and tidy rooms with good food dont have any preference for views (mountains, valleys, etc)
3. If you are travelling to Mahabaleshwar to spend your day outside (touring, sightseeing, etc) and use your accommodation just to spend night.

very good experience, better than expected,the cottages were value for money, quite spacious, neat and clean interiors, dont need to go out for meals, two in house restaurants serve practically all food

Location-wise this is probably the best hotel in Mahabaleshwar, unless anyone is crazy for mountain view rooms. Initially appeared little expensive because their room charge doesn't include complimentary breakfast and mineral water. But they really justified every bit of the pricing with excellent facilities and service. Also, would like to suggest others to try various Indian and Chinese cuisines at Sayali restaurant. Be it veg or non-veg they serve incredibly tasty food. For sight-seeing hire cabs hassle free from reception desk at no additional/hidden charges. Would definitely recommend others to stay at Shreyas hotel while visiting Mahabaleshwar.

I had been there for 2 nights and had been there on weekdays..had travelled by my own car..the hotel is located very nearby to the mahabaleshwar market..the hotel has a huge parking lot so parkings not gonna be a problem...it also has a petrol pump and a wine shop in its premises. There are three restaurants in the hotel premises viz. hotel shreyas's very own restaurant which is right inside the building which serves pure veg.food. This hotel is pretty much the best in that area for vegetarian food and for breakfast. Theres another place called Sayali which serves non veg food. And then theres this place called Sizzlers Palace...personally i had a very bad experience at this place..had ordered a chicken kebab sizzler which turned out to be a total disaster as the chicken in it was not fresh..i mean u cud easily make out in the very first bite...i wud say try and avoid this place...I had stayed in the premium room no. 32.. The room was quite spacious with neat and clean interiors n had a led tv with tata sky subscription...Bathroom was pretty clean and good with 24*7 hot water water supply...Overall a good and a pocket friendly experience..

It was a very good experience. Hotel is very nice and very near to market. Rooms were good. There should be hot pool, it was very cold. Food was not good enough. Overall experience was very satisfying.
