It is nice place, neat and clean. . People are very nice and courteous. Rooms are clean and sufficiently equipped. Food quality in breakfast is quite good and you must try their Dosa. Dinner food is normal

nice place and nice courteous staff though the booking through the site of booking dot com should be avoided - the booking process does'nt tell you the truth and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. lot of space and even sitting out for dinner is nice

If u like Resorts, First thing is stay in this resort. An Awesome place with a never seen landscaping. Food, rooms are excellent The staff is very courteous. The pool is excellent for small kids, as it starts from 0 depth to 5 feet and is thoroughly cleaned everyday. In the night enjoy dinner along with a classic view of the lake. The kids can take the cycle and go round and round..

The resort was just an awsom place.. glad that I choose this resort... Best place in whole Mysore for spending time with family. We stayed here for 2 nights nd enjoyed every inch of the resort from rooms to artificial lake to swimming poll it's just wowsom.. A very gud hospitality service.. keep it up guys will visit you soon.

The place is good but it should not be called silent shores, every time they have an event it becomes unbearable to be. They also organise corporate events where the guests that visit simply don't seem to know how to behave (Screaming, getting in the pool with clothing, looking like sick morbid people to my wife on swimming suit) truly a disgusting experience. They are free to allow whoever they want into their property but I literally ask before coming if they are having an event and they always respond no and then I find myself surrounded with loud speakers and screams, unreasonable.
I would suggest a complete re-training of the staff on how to interact with guests, in hospitality it is more than charging and bringing drinks, you need to anticipate guest´s needs, this is the third time I have this situation happening.
