Going to Chicago next month and looking to book the same hotel while visiting there! Great customer service and the employees were all super helpful and had the answers to any questions I had! I will definitely stay there again when I visit and looking to book this chain of hotels at any future visits!

The hotel from the pictures was looking really modern-It is infact but then I vist the room-Terrible rooms,very dusty,not refreshed rooms,spots on the walls,found small spider,NO WATER IN THE TOILET!!!Bad smell in the room.

Well located near the Metro and a quick and easy journey to the centre, and within 1km of La Sagrada Familia. Clean and functional modern hotel with floor to ceiling windows (to the outside and the ensuite bathroom!). Next to the Torre Agbar, which we loved. Very friendly and helpful service from the foyer team, especially Richie, Didi too.
The room terrace wasn't fully open but the views were great. The pool is more of a decorative puddle!
Didn't eat in the restaurant and had breakfast elsewhere as the prices at the hotel were rather steep for a family of 5.
Would definitely go back,

I've been to Barcelona many times but, i will say i most definitely will be staying here when I'm next out there. The hotel is in a nice location which isn't too far out, its less than â¬10 to get to the main parts like eixample and the gothic quarter. The hotel itself is very stylish and very clean, the staff were all lovely, i didn't have a single issue. The rooms are bigger than i expected, i stayed in a classic double and it was the perfect size. The only down fall was the restaurant, before going i made sure i read some reviews, but i was so tired on my last night i just decided to eat there. Its over priced for what they give you, the food is nowhere near the standard of the hotel. It would defo be best for you to eat out, there aren't many restaurants in the glories mall but its nice to just go and explore other areas and eat. Overall the hotel is definitely 10/10

Very nicely done hotel, the reception in particular. The room itself was good and could be improved by revisiting some of the older furniture. We moved room during our stay due to the noise outside and we had 2 single beds joined to make a double. The staff were all really helpful, gave us great transport advice. The Chok van outside was a nice bonus! Would come back here, hopefully soon!
