Hotels looks very impressive and elegant from outside. Rooms are very well furnished and decorated. Staff is always there to help you out and has proactive attitude. Food was mind blowing. Could not have asked from more.

Location is excellent. Ambience is very impressive. Rooms are well furnished and ventilated. Views from the rooms are good.
Staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall it offers a very package at this price.

We hosted a party here recently for about 35 people including 10 odd rooms. The food was very poor and stay was just about OK.
Food:
Starters - the starters had smileys, french fries, chilly baby corn, fish and chicken. It seemed to me they had got the smileys off the rack for real cheap because those kept coming in waves while the fish along with its corny partner while the french fries were definitely under punched. The fish and the chicken were so few and far between, I don't have a clue how it tasted!
For dinner, they served an apology of a meal. Have had better dal makhani at road side places and the chicken was very forgettable. The gajar ka halua looked and tasted like it was made from a mix of atta and moong dal! It was horrendous.
We were all in a party mood, so these things were being overlooked. However, what is really bad is when people started to discuss the short falls with the manager (Ajay?) he was downright rude in saying - this is the best, (almost) shut up and eat.
Breakfast next day was the same story repeated. Apparently, they didnt have an extra egg to serve to a hungry 4 year old - even on offering to pay for it!
The rooms were another story... It was expected that every room will be provided 1 bottle of packaged drinking water. When none were found and we requested for them (please note: ALL rooms) they told us that they had lept the bottles and we have consumed them. So basically telling us that we are a pack of 35 paying cheats.
Horrible, terrible - these are not adjectives that define this place. We really should have some more apt words for them. But then, those are un-publishable.

First time experience and definitely last time as well. Approx. 5 years old, the hotel management seems to have stopped paying attention to maintaining the facility regularly. Huge cracks and visible water seepage marks grab one's eye in most of the rooms. The woodwork and panelling could do with spit and polish. The toilets have a worn look about them. I changed 4 rooms before finding something that was reasonably well kept. I had to persuade the reception lady that the bed linen was used and needed to be changed. Air conditioning is controlled centrally at the reception desk and not reliable. Tata Sky connectivity in all rooms but the set top boxes are physically changed as subscriptions seems to be rationed as part of the cost cutting mindset. Did not try any food at the restaurant but the room service was average. The staff look ill equipped and seem to lack any customer service training. Free WIFI is a hogwash as the connectivity is slow and as good as non-existent. Never got through to the web even connection was established. The reception staff swore that Wifi is working but never resolved my connectivity issue.

Rooms are not good and service is also poor. Breakfast was good. No room amenities. Will never stay again. The only charm is that it is in the central place of Gurgaon. Prices are also high looking to the services offered.
